Takeo Ikemori, Representative in Japan and Head of Japan Institutional Capital at Blue Owl, said: “I am delighted to be joining such a dynamic and innovative firm. Over my career, I have had the privilege of working closely with Japan's leading financial institutions, and I have watched their interest in private markets grow considerably over that time. Blue Owl's strategies focused on income and capital preservation are well suited to what clients are looking for. I look forward to working with Michael and the broader team to continue to grow our institutional capital business in Japan.”
