Principal
Amira Privott-Yeiser is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Legal Team. In her role, she focuses on supporting the Private Credit team, advising the business units with the origination and management of asset-backed finance, private corporate credit, and structured finance transactions tailored for insurance companies.
Before joining Blue Owl, Amira was Senior Legal Counsel at Kuvare Asset Management, the predecessor to Blue Owl Insurance Solutions. Prior to that, she was Associate Director at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, where she reviewed legal documents for cross-border and domestic asset-based, 1940 Act Fund, leveraged and investment-grade bank financing processes for investment and commercial banks, corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors. Amira began her career as a corporate legal associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, Sidley Austin LLP and then Milbank LLP, specializing in a wide range of financing transactions that included institutional investors.
Amira received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and her JD from Fordham University School of Law.
