Chief Operating Officer, Alternative Credit
Ben Spector is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Operating Officer, Alternative Credit. In his role, he sits on the ABF leadership team, manages operations, and oversees strategic initiatives across Alternative Credit.
Prior to Blue Owl, Ben spent 10 years at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Alternative Credit team. Prior to that, he worked at Tiger Bay Advisors, a boutique asset management consulting firm. Ben began his investment management career as a Management Associate at Bridgewater Associates.
Ben received his BA in Public Policy Analysis and Biology from Pomona College.
