Managing Director
Bob Restrick is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Real Estate Credit Investment Team. Bob leads a team focused on the origination of commercial real estate investments.
Before joining Blue Owl, Bob was a Managing Director and Group Head of Commercial Real Estate Investments at Kuvare Asset Management, predecessor to Blue Owl Insurance Solutions. Prior to Kuvare, Bob was a Managing Director and Head of the CMBS Conduit at Sabal Capital Partners. He has held senior management positions at Walker & Dunlop, Annaly Capital Management, CWCapital, and GMAC Commercial Mortgage. Bob began his career in CMBS research at Morgan Stanley.
Bob received his BA in Economics and Political Science at Bucknell University and his MBA from Rutgers Business School.
