Managing Director
Brendan Kelly is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In his role, Brendan serves as Head of the Corporate Strategy & M&A team, where he supports GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers on mergers and acquisitions, new product development, and other strategic growth initiatives.
Before joining Blue Owl, he was a Partner at White Oak Equity Partners, where he led origination and execution of GP stakes investments. Prior to White Oak, Brendan was an Equity Partner and Vice President at Berkshire Global. Before Berkshire Global, he was a member of the New Investments Team at Affiliated Managers Group (AMG). Brendan began his career at Lehman Brothers in the Investment Management Division.
Brendan received a BA from Middlebury College with a focus in Economics. He also received an MBA with a focus in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors as a Palmer Scholar. Brendan currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Far Brook School in Short Hills, NJ.
