Principal
Brittany Schwab is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Credit Investment Team. In her role, she serves as Chief of Staff of Direct Lending, focusing on strategic initiatives, special projects, and business operations.
Brittany joined Owl Rock, the predecessor to Blue Owl's Direct Lending business, in 2018. Previously, Brittany worked at Goldman Sachs and Man Varagon, formerly known as Varagon Capital Partners, on the Investment Team. She began her career in Leveraged Finance Capital Markets at Jefferies.
Brittany graduated with Honors from Washington University in St. Louis, where she received a BSBA in Political Science and Finance.
