Managing Director
David Guedj is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Net Lease Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for Net Lease investments in Europe.
Before joining Blue Owl, he was a Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group and a Partner of the Fortress Real Estate Opportunities Funds, where he was involved in a diverse range of real estate investments in Europe. Prior to Fortress Investment Group, he spent five years at Goldman Sachs, mostly in the Real Estate Debt team in London. He started his career at Lehman Brothers in London and also spent time at Warburg Pincus and LaSalle Investment Management, always focusing on European real estate.
He received a BA from Telecom École de Management in Paris and an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he was awarded the “Emeritus Professors’ Prize.”
