Principal
Devesh Dayal is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Information Technology Team. In his role, he is responsible for managing technology for the Finance team.
Before joining Blue Owl, Devesh was a finance technology executive with over two decades of experience leading global technology organizations, delivering enterprise platforms, and driving large-scale transformations across asset management, including the outsourcing of middle and back office operations. He held senior leadership roles at DWS Group/Deutsche Bank, GE Asset Management/State Street Global Advisors, and Reuters/Refinitiv, where he built high-performing teams, managed multimillion-euro budgets, and delivered mission-critical solutions such as Aladdin for public markets, various private markets vendor platforms, client reporting, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
He holds an MS in Finance & Financial Services and an MBA in Marketing from the University of New Haven, along with an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Rajasthan, and is PMP® and Six Sigma certified.
