Diana Bergman is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Credit Finance & Capital Markets Team. In her role, she is focused on arranging bilateral and syndicated lending facilities for Blue Owl's BDCs and Private Funds.
Before joining Blue Owl, Diana was a Vice President at Barclays where she helped launch the middle market CLO business. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at Natixis where she was responsible for structuring CLO warehouses and transactions. Diana began her career as an analyst at Citigroup on the mortgage sales desk.
Diana received a BA in Economics and French with a concentration in Mathematics and Statistics from Amherst College.
