Managing Director
Frank A. Alleva is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Tax Team. In his role, he is primarily focused on product structuring, tax compliance, investor reporting and other asset management tax operational matters across the various business platforms.
Before joining Blue Owl, Frank was a Vice President at Blackstone focused on both the publicly traded company and head of retail funds tax. Prior to that, he was a Tax Manager at PwC in the Real Estate Asset Management practice. Frank began his career at KPMG in the Real Estate and Construction Tax practice.
Frank received a BS in Accounting and a MS in Taxation from St. John’s University, where he graduated magna cum laude. Frank is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.
