Gavin Flynn
Principal
Gavin Flynn is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on the analysis of all delivery metrics of our Digital Infrastructure Development projects at underwriting and during their delivery lifecycle.
Before joining Blue Owl, Gavin was a Director at IPI Partners, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to that, Gavin was a Regional Vice President with Linesight, a real estate development consultant, that provide controls and governance services to major Digital Infrastructure Development companies. Gavin began his career working across Europe with a General Contractor, overseeing the budget and delivery schedule of complex pharmaceutical facilities.
Gavin recently completed his E/MBA and has a BSc in Construction Economics and Management from Technological University Dublin, in Ireland.
