Heba Elayan is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Net Lease Investment Team. In her role, she is focused on transaction execution across acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
Before joining Blue Owl, Heba was a Senior Vice President at a global real estate investment management company. Prior to that, Heba was as an associate at an international law firm headquartered in Chicago.
Heba received a JD, summa cum laude, and a master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois, and a BA from Northwestern University. She is also a graduate of the Arabic Language Institute at the American University in Cairo.
