Henry Bergman is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Legal Team. In his role, he focuses on providing legal advice and support across all three of Blue Owl’s platforms relating to fund finance, derivatives, securities offerings, and other forms of back leverage, and also assists in finance and derivative transactions for the firm.
Before joining Blue Owl, Henry was a finance associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.
Henry received his JD from the University of Chicago Law School and holds a BA in English from Williams College.
