Principal
Jimmy Beecher is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Human Resources Team. In his role, he currently serves as the Head of HR for Global Private Wealth and Real Assets. He also partners with HR counterparts to develop and deliver a complement of human capital solutions across the firm.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, he held various HR Business Partner roles of increasing responsibility at Marsh. His previous experience also includes HR advisory roles at AXA XL and working at The Hartford in their Early Career Leadership Development Program.
Jimmy received a BS in Business and Sociology from Bryant University.
