Principal
Jimmy Beecher is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Human Resources Team. In his role, he serves as the Head of HR for Global Private Wealth and Real Assets, and partners with HR counterparts to develop and deliver a range of firmwide human capital solutions.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, he held HR Business Partner roles of increasing responsibility at Marsh. His previous experience includes HR advisory roles at AXA XL and participation in The Hartford's Early Career Leadership Development Program.
Jimmy received a BS in Business and Sociology from Bryant University.
