Principal
Jimmy Beecher is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Human Resources Team. In his role, he currently serves as the Head of HR for Global Private Wealth and Real Assets. He is also involved in the development and execution of broader strategic human capital initiatives.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, he held various HR Business Partner roles of increasing responsibility at Marsh McLennan. He also held HR advisory roles at AXA XL (formerly XL Catlin) and began his career in Communications and Operations at The Hartford.
He received his degree in Business and Sociology from Bryant University in Rhode Island. Jimmy resides in New York.
