Joe Alongi is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Financial Officer, Private Credit Funds and GP Strategic Capital. Joe is a member of the firm's Operating Committee as well as the Blue Owl Credit Operating and Valuation committees.
Prior to joining Blue Owl in 2018, Joe was a Director at Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, where he served as a Controller in the Private Commingled Fund Accounting Group and was responsible for the accounting and reporting for various Alternative Investment Funds and CLOs. Prior to that, Joe worked within the Financial Services practice of PwC where he specialized in audits of alternative investment funds and registered investment companies.
Joe received a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.
