Joel Lankford
Principal
Joel Lankford is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing, and managing investments, primarily within the specialty finance and fintech space.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Joel was a Vice President at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit team. Prior to that, he an Associate on the Asset-Backed Securitization team at KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he focused on structuring and placing a variety of public and private securitizations of consumer and commercial assets.
Joel holds a BS in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
