Principal
Kaitlin Alvarez is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Investor Operations Team. Based in Short Hills, she oversees all day-to-day functions, team development, strategic projects and technology initiatives for the Investor Operations team. Kaitlin also serves as co-chair of BOWE (Blue Owl for Women’s Empowerment).
Before joining Blue Owl, Kaitlin was the Senior Manager of Investor Services at Warburg Pincus, where she identified enhancements to procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Kaitlin received both her MA and BA in Communication from Marist College.
