Kaitlin Alvarez is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Investor Operations Team. Based in Short Hills, she focuses on strategic projects and technology initiatives.
Before joining Blue Owl, Kaitlin was the Senior Manager of Investor Services at Warburg Pincus, a private equity firm based in New York, where she identified enhancements to procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Kaitlin received both her MA and BA in Communication from Marist College.
