Krishna Kilambi
Managing Director
Krishna Kilambi is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Real Assets Portfolio Management Team. In his current role, he leads the Real Assets portfolio management and strategy team across Net Lease, Real Assets Credit, and Digital Infrastructure strategies. His focus spans portfolio management for closed-end funds, open-ended funds, and perpetual non-traded REITs across Real Assets. He is primarily responsible for portfolio management, strategic transactions, capital allocation, capital markets, and corporate finance.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Krishna served as a Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Mizuho and as an Associate Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Scotiabank. Before that, he was a Director at KPMG, where he provided real estate advisory services. He began his career at UBS Investment Bank in Real Estate Investment Banking.
Krishna holds a BS in Engineering from NIT Warangal, an Executive GMP from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
