Maria Paynter

Maria Paynter is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In her role, she focuses on co-investments between the Blue Owl BDCs and private funds, and the Board approval and allocation processes across the Direct Lending platform.

Before joining Blue Owl, Maria was a Director at Citigroup in their DCM business, specializing in the execution of investment grade bond offerings.

Maria received her BS in Political Science and History, magna cum laude, from New York University.
