Michael Esposito is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Operating Officer, Global Private Wealth. In his role, he oversees various strategic initiatives and business management functions across the group.
Before joining Blue Owl, Michael was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he was most recently the COO for the Wealth Management Alternative Investments, Traditional Fund Products, and Insured Solutions businesses. Prior to that, he headed Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s national internal sales teams for both alternative investments and mutual funds and served as a product specialist for alternative investments. Michael began his career as an associate fund controller for Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s venture capital team.
He received a BS in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and an MBA with Dean’s Honors from Columbia Business School. He is also both a CFA and CAIA Charterholder.
