Principal
Phil LeGault is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Internal Audit & Controls Team. In his role, he is responsible for the oversight of the Credit platform's adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley, as well as providing assurance through operational audits, continuous monitoring, and advisory services.
Before joining Blue Owl, Phil was a Senior Manager on the internal audit team at Prudential. Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager at KPMG, a public accounting firm based in New York. Phil began his career as a public accountant in the financial services practice at Rothstein Kass & Co.
Phil received a BS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey.
