Managing Director
Steve Beckett is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In his role as Head of Institutional Portfolio Solutions, he focuses on new product development, structuring custom solutions for strategic clients, and providing thought leadership and consultancy for the institutional investor community.
Before joining Blue Owl, Steve was Head of Private Markets Risk at Aksia, a leading alternatives investment consultant. Prior to that, he was in the North American Leveraged Finance Group at Allied Irish Bank, where he managed credit portfolios covering middle market and large cap corporates, real assets, project finance and stressed and distressed credit.
Steve received his BBS in Finance and Strategic Management from Trinity College Dublin, from which he graduated with honors. He is a CFA charterholder and has earned the CAIA designation.
