Principal
Tammer Badran is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In his role, he focuses on all compliance matters regarding the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and Economic Substance (ES) globally for the firm.
Before joining Blue Owl, Tammer was a Director within Wealth Management Tax Operations at Morgan Stanley, focusing on the Stock Plan and Retirement businesses. Prior to that, he was a Senior Tax Analyst at Prudential Financial Inc. supporting Prudential’s Asset Management businesses (e.g., PGIM), where he specialized in Information Reporting and Withholding (IRW) and advised Prudential Asset Management businesses on FATCA & CRS tax compliance. Tammer began his career as a Tax Associate at Grant Thronton and a Tax Accountant at a boutique tax firm.
Tammer received his BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
