Peter Ellingboe is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Insurance Solutions Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for managing the liquid credit portion of Blue Owl’s insurance mandates.

Before joining Blue Owl, he held portfolio manager roles at asset managers including Extant, Walleye, and Verition, where he focused primarily on investment grade corporate bonds. He started his career as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.

He received a BA in Mathematics from Pomona College and an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Michael Esposito is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Operating Officer, Global Private Wealth. In his role, he oversees various strategic initiatives and business management functions across the group.

Before joining Blue Owl, Michael was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he was most recently the COO for the Wealth Management Alternative Investments, Traditional Fund Products, and Insured Solutions businesses. Prior to that, he headed Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s national internal sales teams for both alternative investments and mutual funds and served as a product specialist for alternative investments. Michael began his career as an associate fund controller for Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s venture capital team. 

He received a BS in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and an MBA with Dean’s Honors from Columbia Business School. He is also both a CFA and CAIA Charterholder.

Nick Fahey is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Valuations. In his role, he is responsible for the valuation of investments across the firm’s global platforms. Nick is a member of the firm's Global Valuation Committee and each of the platform Valuation Committees.

Before joining Blue Owl, Nick was a Senior Vice President and Head of Valuations at Antares Capital. Prior to that, he was a Director and Head of Private Equity Valuations at Apollo Global Management. Nick began his career as an Equity Research Analyst at Merrill Lynch.

Nick received his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and his BS in Finance from Penn State University.

Jackson Fallon is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, Jackson is responsible for home office coverage at national RIAs, custodians, Turnkey Asset Management Platforms (TAMPs), wealth-tech partners and is a member of the firm’s Private Wealth Operating Committee.

Prior to joining Blue Owl, Jackson was a Managing Director at John Hancock Investment Management where he spent 12 years covering the RIA market. Most recently, Jackson was the head of RIA Strategic Accounts where he was responsible for cultivating relationships with the largest RIAs in the US.

Jackson received a BA in Business Management from Providence College. He is a CFA Charterholder and a CAIA Charterholder.

Dara Feder is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Human Resources Team. In her role, she serves as a senior member of the Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for setting and executing on recruiting strategies across a number of Blue Owl's businesses.

Prior to Blue Owl, Dara was at Apollo Global Management, supporting the Private Equity and Credit businesses. She also spent seven years at Bank of America, supporting the Equity and Fixed Income Sales & Trading businesses.

Dara received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.

Laura Ferchak is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In her role she is responsible for Distribution Compliance and oversees marketing- and sales-related activity. 

Before joining Blue Owl, Laura was Managing Director and Global Chief Compliance Officer at Indus Capital Partners, LLC from 2018 to 2024. Prior to that, she was Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Palisade Capital Management. Laura also served as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer for 11 years at SpringOwl Asset Management.  Laura began her career in Equity Research at Bear, Stearns & Co.

Laura received her BS in Management Science from Kean University.

Rita Fernandes is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In her role, she focuses on business development and capital raising in the Middle East, working closely with a variety of internal stakeholders to bring the firm’s investment strategies to the region.

Before joining Blue Owl, Rita was a Vice President at Mubadala-backed Waha Capital in Abu Dhabi, where she was part of the business development and capital raising team focused on liquid hedge fund strategies across the Middle East. Prior to that, she was a Client Manager at GAM Investments in London and Madrid, where she was part of the Middle East Institutional Client team, working closely with regional investors while also supporting the Iberia and LatAm teams.

Rita received an Executive Master’s in Business Management from University Institute of Lisbon - INDEG Business School.

Jeff Fields is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on origination and underwriting of equipment finance and related commercial lending solutions and is a member of the Asset Leasing Fund Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Blue Owl, Jeff was President of Atalaya Leasing at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Alternative Credit team. Prior to that, Jeff led a subsidiary of a specialty finance company focused on equipment leasing. Jeff began his career at RBC Capital Markets where he spent 22 years leading multiple business units across asset classes and served as a member of the RBC Global Markets Operating Committee.

Jeff holds a BA in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA charterholder.

Lauren Fiesthumel is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In her role, she is responsible for private markets research and analytics.

Before joining Blue Owl, she was a Senior Manager at Capital One, where she focused on quantitative analysis surrounding consumer credit risk. Before that, she was a Senior Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where she focused on analytics in support of monetary policy implementation.

She received an MA in Economics from The New School and a BS in Quantitative Finance from James Madison University.

Brian Finkelstein is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on managing stressed portfolio investments.

Before joining Blue Owl, Brian was a Managing Director in the Restructuring Group and Co-Head of Principal Investing at Solic Capital. Prior to that, he was the Head of Portfolio Management at Fifth Street Asset Management.

Brian currently serves on the Board of Directors of Eagle Infrastructure Services, PLI Card Marketing Solutions, and Pluralsight.

Brian received his MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and holds a BS, magna cum laude, in Business Administration from SUNY Albany.
