Steve Scheuble is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role he is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and underwriting equipment leasing investments.

Before joining Blue Owl, Steve was Director of Business Development for the equipment leasing strategy at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit team. Steve began his career as a Corporate and Institutional Banking Analyst at PNC.

Steve received a BS in Finance from the University of Dayton.

David Schiffman is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Human Resources Team. In his role, he is the Head of Benefits and co-leads the HR Operations team supporting an employee's daily functions through their time at Blue Owl.

Before joining Blue Owl, David was a Vice President at BlackRock as the head of Financial Benefits for the Americas Region. Prior to that, David began his career as an HR Analyst at Broadridge Financial Solutions.

David received his BS in Psychology and his MBA from Stony Brook University.

Amanda Schimmel is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Credit Finance & Capital Markets Team. In her role, she is focused on capital markets, including leverage and financings, for Blue Owl's Credit Platform, bringing over 15 years of experience in investment banking and financial services.

Prior to joining Blue Owl in 2023, Amanda spent her entire career at Citigroup, where she covered Financial Institutions and FinTech companies across Investment Grade Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets and Corporate and Investment Banking.

Amanda received a Bachelor of Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan’s College of Engineering.

George Schnaars is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In his role, he focuses on delivering insights to partner manager investment teams during sourcing, diligence, and value creation.

Before joining Blue Owl, George was an Associate at Deluxe, focusing on data engineering and product development. Prior to that, he was a research engineer at Cornell Energy Systems Institute, implementing novel geothermal cooling systems in data centers.   
 
George received his BS in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, with a minor in Business, from Cornell University. 

Jonathan Schneider is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Product Development. In his role, he focuses on new product development, product strategy, and other Blue Owl strategic initiatives. 
 
Before joining Blue Owl, Jonathan was a Managing Director at Blackstone. Prior to that, he was an Associate at J.P. Morgan.
 
Jonathan received his BS in Finance from Fordham University.

Scott Schoder is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on acquisitions and development in North America.

Before joining Blue Owl, Scott was a Vice President at IPI Partners, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Hubbard Street Group, a real estate development firm, where he focused on new ground-up developments in the US. Before joining Hubbard Street Group, Scott was an Analyst at LaSalle Investment Management.

Scott received his BA in Mathematics and Economics from Vanderbilt University and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Melissa Schultz is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Net Lease Investment Team. In her role, she is responsible for managing the acquisition of lender-compliant property and liability insurance and partners with external teams to ensure appropriate risk levels across programs placed outside of Blue Owl.

Before joining Blue Owl, she was Vice President of Global Risk Management at GLP, where she managed the acquisition of lender-compliant property and liability insurance worldwide, along with financial lines insurance to safeguard the company’s balance sheet. Prior to GLP, she was the Head of North American Insurance for Blackstone’s real estate portfolios.

She received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University.

Ralitza Schulz is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In her role, she is responsible for delivering cross-asset solutions and works collaboratively across product, marketing, and investment teams to support strategic client initiatives.

Before joining Blue Owl, Ralitza spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as Head of Private Markets Customized Solutions for the External Investing Group (XIG) in New York. She previously worked as part of the XIG investment team, partnering with private markets firms across primaries, secondaries, and co-investments in both New York and London. Ralitza began her career as an investor with Goldman Sachs Investment Partners.

Ralitza received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of Science in Finance from Imperial College Business School.

Brittany Schwab is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Credit Investment Team. In her role, she serves as Chief of Staff of Direct Lending, focusing on strategic initiatives, special projects, and business operations.

Brittany joined Owl Rock, the predecessor to Blue Owl's Direct Lending business, in 2018. Previously, Brittany worked at Goldman Sachs and Man Varagon, formerly known as Varagon Capital Partners, on the Investment Team. She began her career in Leveraged Finance Capital Markets at Jefferies.

Brittany graduated with Honors from Washington University in St. Louis, where she received a BSBA in Political Science and Finance.

Steven Segaloff is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Legal Team. In his role, he serves as the head of litigation across the firm and manages legal matters related to the firm’s alternative credit business.

Before joining Blue Owl, Steven was the General Counsel at Atalaya Capital Management.  Previously, Steven served as General Counsel at Genesys Global, an innovative lighting company; Counsel at Herrick, Feinstein LLP, a New York-based law firm; Deputy General Counsel at Plainfield Asset Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund; and Senior Counsel at National Financial Partners Corp., a public company in the financial services sector. Steven began his career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

Steven received his JD from the University of Chicago Law School and holds a BA in American Studies, cum laude, from Cornell University.

Prior to law school, Steven was a member of the US National Rowing Team and US Olympic Team from 1993-96 and a World Rowing Champion.
