Andrew DiResta is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he focuses on the controllership of the public company and it's subsidiaries, including oversight of the financial close and reporting process as well as accounting operations.
Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant and Financial Operating Principal (Series 27 license) who has previous experience in accounting regulatory and compliance matters through his work as an external auditor employed by Rothstein Kass, where Andrew was responsible for conducting annual financial audits, quarterly financial reviews and compliance audits across a variety of industries. Andrew also has experience as a corporate controller with regulatory reporting and filings for broker dealer entities registered with FINRA, Real Estate industry and Asset management firms.
Andrew recieved a BA from the University of Albany.
Dan DiVietri is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In his role, Dan is part of the Capital Strategy practice providing fundraising advisory and client development support to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers. He is responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to Blue Owl’s GP Stakes Partner Managers on fundraising strategies with West Coast investors.
Before joining Blue Owl, Dan was a Principal at Aviditi Advisors, a global alternative capital raising advisory firm. Prior to that, he held positions in Evercore’s Private Funds Group and earlier, in PJT Park Hill’s Private Equity Group. Dan began his career in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs.
Dan received a BA in Economics & History with a concentration in Leadership Studies from Williams College.

Meghan Donoghue is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In her role, she focuses on supporting the growth of the firm’s Real Assets platform acting as a conduit between the investment team and global Private Wealth distribution channel. Meghan joined Blue Owl in 2021 as part of the Private Wealth Sales Team, where she was focused on supporting client relationships across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest for all Blue Owl strategies.
Before joining Blue Owl, Meghan was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where she was responsible for alternative investments distribution on the West Coast. Meghan began her career as a corporate bond broker at ICAP in New York.
Meghan received her BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, and is a CFA charterholder.
Stephen Donovan is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on Enterprise RIA relationships in the Western US.
Before joining Blue Owl, Stephen was a Vice President, RIA Market Leader at Invesco and its predecessor firm OppenheimerFunds. Prior to that, he was a Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group at Neuberger Berman covering RIAs. Stephen began his career in the sales division at Janus Capital.
Stephen received his BS in Marketing from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Neel Doppalapudi is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he is focused on developing data strategies, infrastructure, and tools to support performance reporting and analytics.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Neel was the Director of Analytics at CRV, a leading venture capital firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Neel began his career at Frank, Rimerman + Co working with asset managers and startups on valuation and consulting engagements.
Neel received a BS in Accounting with minors in Information Sciences Applied to Finance and Supply Chain Information Systems from Penn State University.

Nicole Drapkin is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Credit Investment Team. In her role, she serves as co-head of Opportunistic Credit and shares portfolio management responsibility for the Blue Owl Opportunistic Lending Fund and Blue Owl Alternative Credit Fund.
Previously, Nicole also served as a member of Blue Owl’s Direct Lending Originations team. Prior to joining Blue Owl, Nicole was a Principal in the Principal Credit Investments Group at the CPP Investment Board, where she focused on sourcing and evaluating credit investments across the gaming, consumer retail, software and healthcare sectors. Prior to that, Nicole was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York.
Nicole currently serves on the board of directors of the Marlene Meyerson JCC of Manhattan and is the Chair of the Young Wall Street Division of the UJA Federation of New York. Nicole received a BA, with Honors, from Princeton University.

Patrick Dwyer is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he is focused on finance and operations for the GP Strategic Capital platform.
Before joining Blue Owl, Patrick was a Director at GF Capital Management, a growth equity and real estate fund based in New York. Prior to that, he was a Finance Manager at the Kohlberg, Kravis and Roberts & Co. Patrick began his career as an accountant at McGladrey & Pullen.
Patrick received his MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

John Dyment is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Global Head of Business Services Platform. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing all of the team's Advisory and Capital Strategy practices and engagement activities with all Partner Managers of the GP Strategic Capital Group.
Before joining Blue Owl, John was a General Partner of Lutetium Capital, a high yield hedge fund and credit asset manager. Prior to that, he spent his career in various leadership roles in asset management firms and investment banks serving as President, COO for Shumway Capital, and Head of Hedge Fund Distribution for UBS and Head of Prime Brokerage Capital Introduction at Goldman Sachs, and Deutsche Bank.
John received a BS in Finance at the University of Colorado and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Chris Eby is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development. In his role, Chris focuses on supporting the firm’s strategic initiatives including organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
Before joining Blue Owl, Chris was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Asset Management Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse where he led the Asset Management Investment Banking team and was the Co-Head of Specialty Finance Investment Banking. Chris began his career in the Investment Banking division of FBR, a boutique investment bank in Washington, DC.
Chris received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Heba Elayan is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Net Lease Investment Team. In her role, she is focused on asset management and acquisitions.
Before joining Blue Owl, Heba was a Senior Vice President at a global real estate investment management company. Prior to that, Heba was as an associate at an international law firm headquartered in Chicago.
Heba received a JD, summa cum laude, and a master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois, and a BA from Northwestern University. She is also a graduate of the Arabic Language Institute at the American University in Cairo.
