Ann Dai is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Blue Owl Investor Relations. In her role, she is focused on all aspects of public shareholder relations.
Before joining Blue Owl, Ann was a Principal at Apollo Global Management, an alternative asset manager based in New York City. Prior to that, she was a Director and lead covering analyst for brokers and select asset managers at KBW.
Ann received a BSBA in Finance and Accounting and a MSF (Master of Science in Finance), magna cum laude, from Washington University in St Louis. Currently, Ann serves on the board of the New York chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
Michael Dale is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Institutional Capital, Asia. In his role, Michael is responsible for institutional asset owners across the Asian marketplace. He is charged with the firm’s capital raising and fund formation efforts in Asia.
Before joining Blue Owl, Michael was Head of Asia-Pacific Client Service & Marketing and Business Operations at Western Asset Management. Preceding that, he was Vice President and Account Manager at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO). Michael began his career as a Treasury Dealer at Suncorp-Metway, based in Sydney.
Michael received a master’s degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Sydney.
Sarah Dally is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. Sarah is part of the Capital Strategy practice providing fundraising advisory and client development support for GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers. She is responsible for managing relationships with European investors with a specific focus on hedge fund and real estate investors.
Before joining Blue Owl, Sarah was a Director within the Business Development team at GoldenTree Asset Management. Sarah began her career at AllianceBernstein in the wealth management business.
Sarah received a BA in Policy Studies with a concentration in Economics from Lafayette College.
Karla Daly is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Human Resources Team. In her role, Karla is Head of HR Operations, Technology & People Analytics and serves as a senior HR Business Partner.
Before joining Blue Owl Karla worked in a variety of senior-level HR Business Partner, Specialist and Project Management roles, most recently at Centerbridge Partners, a private equity, private credit and real estate investment firm. Prior to that Karla worked at Barclays Capital, UBS and JP Morgan where she held HR leadership roles for diverse businesses including Investment Teams, Wealth Management, Equity Research, Sales & Trading, Card Management, Corporate Functions, and Operations & Technology.
Karla serves on the Board of Directors of 108 Owners Corp and holds a BA in Psychology with a Business minor from the State University of New York at Albany.
Adarsh Dasika is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. Adarsh serves as the Head of International Strategic Partnerships and is based in New York. He is responsible for managing the firm's strategic distribution partnerships in non-US markets.
Before joining Blue Owl, Adarsh was at Blackstone in New York and London in various roles within the Private Wealth Solutions team. Prior to that, Adarsh began his career at UBS Wealth Management.
Adarsh received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University.
Tom Davies is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. Tom is a Principal at Blue Owl and a member of the GP Strategic Capital Finance team. In his role, he focuses on finance and operations for the GP Strategic Capital division of Blue Owl.
Before joining Blue Owl, Tom was a Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management, a global alternative asset manager, in FinOps focused on the Brookfield Special Investments private equity group, an all-weather strategy dedicated to investing in non-control strategic flexible capital globally. Prior to that, he was a Manager in the Asset Management practice at Grant Thornton LLP, providing assurance services to private equity fund, hedge fund, fund of fund, and mutual fund clients.
Tom received his MBA in Accounting, summa cum laude, from St. Joseph’s University New York, and is a licensed CPA in the State of New York.
Matthew Davis is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Accounting Officer. In his role, he focuses on accounting, operations, and financial reporting for Blue Owl.
Before joining Blue Owl, Matthew previously worked in the accounting/finance departments at Sculptor Capital and Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, Matthew began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young.
Matthew received a BS in Accounting from The College of New Jersey and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.
Stephanie Declue is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In her role, Stephanie oversees the ESG & Business Resilience pillar on the GP Strategic Capital Business Services Platform. Stephanie is responsible for supporting Blue Owl’s GP Strategic Capital portfolio partner managers with ESG projects and initiatives at their firms.
Before joining Blue Owl, Stephanie was with Dyal Capital Partners, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s GP Strategic Capital platform. She began her career at Goldman Sachs on the firm’s Investment Banking Legal team.
Stephanie received her BA in Law, Jurisprudence and Social Thought from Amherst College, where she graduated magna cum laude and with distinction.
Tim DeGrange is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. Based in Menlo Park, he is focused on equity, structured capital, and debt investments in growth stage software, fintech, and marketplace businesses.
Before joining Blue Owl, Tim was an Associate Director at Temasek, a Singapore-based investment fund. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Battery Ventures. Tim began his career as an Analyst at Lazard.
Tim received a BA in Economics and Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Hector Del Razo is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for underwriting and managing credit investments across a range of industries.
Before joining Blue Owl, he was Senior Vice President at Antares Capital LP, where he led the underwriting, structuring, negotiation, and ongoing oversight of private-equity backed debt investments.
He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
