Joe Cortese is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In his role, he focuses on providing Investment Compliance related coverage to Credit, GP Strategic Capital, and Real Assets.
Before joining Blue Owl, Joe was a Vice President in the Compliance group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. in New York. Joe began his career as a Compliance Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Crimes Compliance Group.
Joe received his BS in Government from Connecticut College.

Rachel Craft is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In her role, Rachel is part of the Capital Strategy practice providing fundraising advisory and client development support to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers. She is responsible for managing relationship with US institutional investors in the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast.
Before joining Blue Owl, Rachel was a Vice President at Phoenix Investment Adviser, a stressed credit fund based in New York. Prior to that, she was an Associate at Credit Suisse. Rachel began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in the Debt Capital Markets Group.
Rachel received a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan, where she graduated with High Distinction.

Chris Crampton is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Strategic Equity. Previously, Chris was a Partner at Goldman Sachs, where he was the head of Services private equity investing and prior to that led Industrials private equity investing in the Merchant Banking and Asset Management divisions. While at Goldman Sachs, he was a member of the Global Corporate Equity Investment Committee and Growth Sub-Investment Committee and represented Goldman Sachs on various corporate boards. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Chris worked in the investment banking group at Deutsche Bank Securities.
Chris serves on the board of the ‘Sconset Trust, a nonprofit committed to land conservation, historical preservation, and related educational and recreational initiatives in Siasconset, Massachusetts.
Chris received an AB in History from Princeton University.

Dominique Cullen is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Legal Team. In her role, she focuses on a variety of corporate and regulatory compliance matters.
Before joining Blue Owl, Dominique was Senior Counsel at Silicon Valley Bank. Prior to that, Dominique was Vice President & Counsel at Goldman Sachs, where she served as Counsel & Company Secretary to the Board of Directors of Goldman Sachs Bank USA, oversaw certain corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters for the Asset Management Private business, and managed anti-trust matters for the firm.
Dominique received an LLB from Dublin Business School, Ireland and an MSc in Corporate Governance and Business Management from Ulster University, United Kingdom.

Ian Curtin is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for the development, optimization, and risk management of Blue Owl's Digital Infrastructure strategy.
Before joining Blue Owl, Ian was a Senior Vice President at IPI Partners, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to that, he was Senior Director with Digital Realty trust, where he led the EMEA data center development program. Prior to his role at Digital Realty trust, Ian founded a consultancy service based in The Netherlands offering Pre-construction, Construction, Cost, and Project management support services in the EMEA data center market, with a client base including Owner Operators, Hyperscalers and Main contractors. Before that, Ian held senior roles at YONDR and various Tier one Main contractors delivering Hyperscale Schemes across EMEA.
Ian received a BSc in Construction Project Management from Anglia Ruskin in the UK. He also holds accredited qualifications in Data Centre Design and Telecoms project management.

Josh D'Andria is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he supports the liquid credit strategy and focuses on the day-to-day operations of the broadly syndicated loan investments.
Before joining Blue Owl, Josh was a Vice President at Wellfleet Credit Partners, the predecessor to Blue Owl’s Liquid Credit team, and was responsible for many aspects of the operations function for the CLO’s. He began his career at IHS Markit working as a Par/Distressed Loan Closer, facilitating the settling of financial transactions using a web-based electronic loan settlement platform.
Josh received his BA in Marketing along with his MBA in Business Management from Iona University’s Hagan School of Business (FKA as Iona College).

Ann Dai is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Blue Owl Investor Relations. In her role, she is focused on all aspects of public shareholder relations.
Before joining Blue Owl, Ann was a Principal at Apollo Global Management, an alternative asset manager based in New York City. Prior to that, she was a Director and lead covering analyst for brokers and select asset managers at KBW.
Ann received a BSBA in Finance and Accounting and a MSF (Master of Science in Finance), magna cum laude, from Washington University in St Louis. Currently, Ann serves on the board of the New York chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
Michael Dale is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Institutional Capital, Asia. In his role, Michael is responsible for institutional asset owners across the Asian marketplace. He is charged with the firm’s capital raising and fund formation efforts in Asia.
Before joining Blue Owl, Michael was Head of Asia-Pacific Client Service & Marketing and Business Operations at Western Asset Management. Preceding that, he was Vice President and Account Manager at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO). Michael began his career as a Treasury Dealer at Suncorp-Metway, based in Sydney.
Michael received a master’s degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Sydney.

Sarah Dally is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. Sarah is part of the Capital Strategy practice providing fundraising advisory and client development support for GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers. She is responsible for managing relationships with European investors with a specific focus on hedge fund and real estate investors.
Before joining Blue Owl, Sarah was a Director within the Business Development team at GoldenTree Asset Management. Sarah began her career at AllianceBernstein in the wealth management business.
Sarah received a BA in Policy Studies with a concentration in Economics from Lafayette College.

Karla Daly is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Human Resources Team. In her role, Karla is Head of HR Operations, Technology & People Analytics and serves as a senior HR Business Partner.
Before joining Blue Owl Karla worked in a variety of senior-level HR Business Partner, Specialist and Project Management roles, most recently at Centerbridge Partners, a private equity, private credit and real estate investment firm. Prior to that Karla worked at Barclays Capital, UBS and JP Morgan where she held HR leadership roles for diverse businesses including Investment Teams, Wealth Management, Equity Research, Sales & Trading, Card Management, Corporate Functions, and Operations & Technology.
Karla serves on the Board of Directors of 108 Owners Corp and holds a BA in Psychology with a Business minor from the State University of New York at Albany.
