Michelle Colacurto is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Human Resources Team. Michelle serves as the HR Business Partner for Finance, Accounting, and Operations.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Michelle was the Chief Administrative Officer at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit team. In her role, she was responsible for managing a variety of functions including corporate accounting, human capital, and office management. Prior to joining Atalaya, she worked at MatlinPatterson Global Advisers LLC and The Carlyle Group where she focused primarily on fund and management company accounting. Michelle began her career as an auditor with PwC.
Michelle holds a BS in Accounting from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.

Bryan Cole is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Operations. In his role, he oversees operations and reporting across Blue Owl, including investment operations, investor operations, valuation, internal audit, internal reporting and performance reporting. Bryan is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of the firm’s operations platform as well as for the firm’s operations strategy, including for platform development, scalability initiatives and strategic projects that enhance the firm's global operations model. Bryan is a member of the firm's Operating and Valuation Committees. Previously, Bryan served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Blue Owl Credit Income Corp., Blue Owl Technology Income Corp. and Blue Owl Capital Corporation II, and the Chief Operating Officer for Blue Owl Capital Corporation III and as the Chief Accounting Officer and Co-Controller of each of Blue Owl Capital Corporation, Blue Owl Technology Finance Corp., and Blue Owl Technology Finance Corp. II.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Bryan was Assistant Controller of Business Development Corporation of America, a non-traded BDC, where he was responsible for overseeing the finance, accounting, financial reporting, operations and internal controls functions. Preceding that role, Bryan worked within the Financial Services — Alternative Investments practice of PwC where he specialized in financial reporting, fair valuation of illiquid investments and structured products, internal controls and other technical accounting matters pertaining to alternative investment advisors, hedge funds, BDCs and private equity funds.
Bryan received a BS in Accounting from Fordham University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Colleen Collins is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Net Lease Investment Team. Colleen serves as a member of the Blue Owl's Net Lease investment team responsible for sourcing single tenant triple net lease real estate assets.
Before joining Blue Owl, Colleen was with GE Capital for over 15 years. She helped in various leadership roles in corporate finance running commercial teams responsible for senior debt and fixed asset finance transactions. Colleen also launched a $3B industrial finance business as a captive finance business. Before that, Colleen worked at a wealth advisory firm for high-net-worth families.
She earned a BS in Finance and Economics, summa cum laude, from Georgetown University. Additionally, she received an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Chad Colombo is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on maintaining and establishing strategic relationships with financial advisors and wealth management teams throughout New England and upstate New York with primary concentration on wirehouse platforms. His responsibilities also include leading a regional team, focused on promoting Blue Owl's alternative strategies through the private wealth channel.
Before joining Blue Owl, Chad was a Senior Vice President at Inland Private Capital in Oak Brook, IL. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Boston Capital, an institutional real estate business based in Boston, MA. Chad began his career at State Street Bank & Trust in Boston, MA.
Chad received his BA in Marketing with a concentration in Economics at Oswego State University and maintains his FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.

Michael Conley is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In his role, he shares broad responsibilities across the investment team, focusing much of his time managing investor relationships and leading co-investment activities.
Before joining Blue Owl, Michael was with Partners Group where he was responsible for business development and investment origination. He started on the private equity team in Switzerland, sourcing and executing secondary investments for Partners Group in Europe. Michael began his career at Lord, Abbett & Co. within both strategy and business development.
Michael received a BS in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA from The Johnson College of Business at Cornell University.

Sean Connor is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and the President & CEO of Global Private Wealth. In his role, Sean is at the forefront of Blue Owl’s private wealth initiatives globally and oversees fund formation and product structure innovation, capital raising, and client servicing. In addition, Sean oversees business development, marketing, and operations for Private Wealth at the firm.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Sean served as a Managing Director of CION Investment Management. Sean was a member of CION’s Investment Committee and responsible for overseeing all aspects of CION’s business. Prior to joining CION, Sean held roles focusing on originating, underwriting, negotiating and corporate finance transactions globally. In 2020, Sean was recognized by Private Debt Investor as one of the industry’s Rising Stars, a list of 40 individuals under the age of 40 with the potential to shape the future of the private debt asset class.
Sean received a BA in Economics from Columbia University and maintains Series 7, 63 and 24 registrations.

Brett Cook is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In his role, he focuses on Client & Business Operations.
Before joining Blue Owl, Brett was a Principal, Global Compliance Advisor at TIAA/Nuveen, a global asset manager, based in Chicago. Prior to that, he was a Vice President, Compliance Manager at JP Morgan Chase, Asset Management. Brett began his career as a Plan Document Coordinator at MassMutual Financial Group.
Brett is an ardent supporter and active volunteer for God’s Love We Deliver. The mission of God’s Love We Deliver is to improve the health and well-being of men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses by alleviating hunger and malnutrition. Brett received his BA in English with a concentration in Communications, summa cum laude, from Western New England College.

Joe Cortese is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In his role, he focuses on providing Investment Compliance related coverage to Credit, GP Strategic Capital, and Real Assets.
Before joining Blue Owl, Joe was a Vice President in the Compliance group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. in New York. Joe began his career as a Compliance Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Crimes Compliance Group.
Joe received his BS in Government from Connecticut College.

Rachel Craft is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In her role, Rachel is part of the Capital Strategy practice providing fundraising advisory and client development support to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers. She is responsible for managing relationship with US institutional investors in the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast.
Before joining Blue Owl, Rachel was a Vice President at Phoenix Investment Adviser, a stressed credit fund based in New York. Prior to that, she was an Associate at Credit Suisse. Rachel began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in the Debt Capital Markets Group.
Rachel received a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan, where she graduated with High Distinction.

Chris Crampton is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Strategic Equity. Previously, Chris was a Partner at Goldman Sachs, where he was the head of Services private equity investing and prior to that led Industrials private equity investing in the Merchant Banking and Asset Management divisions. While at Goldman Sachs, he was a member of the Global Corporate Equity Investment Committee and Growth Sub-Investment Committee and represented Goldman Sachs on various corporate boards. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Chris worked in the investment banking group at Deutsche Bank Securities.
Chris serves on the board of the ‘Sconset Trust, a nonprofit committed to land conservation, historical preservation, and related educational and recreational initiatives in Siasconset, Massachusetts.
Chris received an AB in History from Princeton University.
