Anna Song is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Liquid Credit Investment Team. In her role, she focuses on investments in broadly syndicated non-investment grade leveraged loans within the Financials and Business Services sectors. 

Before joining Blue Owl, Anna was a Credit Analyst at Sound Point Capital, a credit asset management firm based in New York. Anna began her career at Och-Ziff Capital Management, in the Institutional Credit Strategies platform in both New York and London.

Anna received her BA, magna cum laude, in International Relations, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Lukas Spiss is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on originating and structuring investments across the capital structure and across industries.

Prior to joining Blue Owl in 2016, Lukas spent almost ten years at Partners Group, where he focused on sourcing and underwriting credit investments in North America. From 2015 to 2016 Lukas also served as member of Partners Group’s Private Debt Investment Committee. Prior to that, in 2006, Lukas was an Analyst at Lehman Brothers’ Investment Banking Division in Switzerland. Currently, Lukas serves as a Director of PCF Insurance Services.

Lukas received a Doctorate in Banking and Corporate Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and an MA (Hons) in International Business from the University of Edinburgh.

Alexa Stanley is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the BDC Investor Relations Team. Based in New York, she is focused on public investor engagement for Blue Owl's Business Development Companies (BDCs).

Before joining Blue Owl, Alexa was a Vice President in the Equity Capital Markets group at RBC Capital Markets covering the Energy and Power & Utilities sectors.

Alexa received a BA in Economics and a double major in Hispanic Studies from Davidson College, where she graduated with honors.

Barbara Stevens is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Legal Team. In her role, she focuses on enterprise vendor contracting, data privacy and security, technology, corporate real estate and intellectual property across Blue Owl’s global affiliates. Before joining Blue Owl, Barbara was a Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Prudential Financial. Prior to that, she was an Associate General Counsel at MetLife and an Assistant General Counsel at UBS.

Barbara received her JD from NYU Law School and holds a MS degree in adult health care management and a BSN degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.

Sean Sullivan is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Real Estate Investment Team. In his role, Sean is a member of the Investment Committee and focuses on sourcing and structuring net lease investments.  Sean also contributes to due diligence and capital markets efforts. 
 
Before joining Blue Owl Sean was a Vice President at Piper Sandler. Prior to that he was an Associate at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, an investment bank focused on providing M&A and capital markets advisory to companies that operate in the financial services sector.  
 
Sean received a BS in Business Administration from Babson College as well as a Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University.

Matt Swatt is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, Matt serves as the Co-Chief Accounting Officer of OBDC II, OBDC III, OCIC and OTIC, and as Co-Treasurer and Co-Controller of each of the Blue Owl Business Development Committees (BDCs).

Prior to joining Blue Owl Credit, formerly known as Owl Rock, in May 2016, Matt was an Assistant Controller at Guggenheim Partners in their Private Credit group, where he was responsible for the finance, accounting, and financial reporting functions. Preceding that role, Matt worked within the Financial Services --Alternative Investments practice of PwC where he specialized in financial reporting, fair valuation of illiquid investments and structured products, internal controls and other technical accounting matters pertaining to alternative investment advisors, hedge funds, business development companies and private equity funds. 

Matt received a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Matthew Talbot is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on strategic initiatives across the GP Strategic Capital platform and the ongoing monitoring and valuation of its partner manager investments. Before joining Blue Owl, Matt was a Senior Associate in EY’s Financial Services Office, focusing on private equity and hedge fund sponsors.

Matt received his MBA from Fordham University and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross.

Dennis Talley is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Liquid Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on investments in broadly syndicated non-investment grade leveraged loans.

Before joining Blue Owl, Dennis was Co-head of the performing leveraged loan business at Littlejohn & Co., a middle-market private equity fund based in Greenwich. Prior to that, he was a founding member and Portfolio Manager at Redan Park Asset Management and Doral Leveraged Asset Management. Dennis began his career, in the leveraged finance group at Bear, Stearns & Co. and in the leveraged finance, syndicated finance and corporate credit groups at Bank of America Securities.

Dennis received his BS in Finance and Economics, with honors, from the University of Maryland.

Franky Tam is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the firm's Private Wealth business development in Asia.

Before joining Blue Owl, Franky was General Manager of China at Aegon Asset Management. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Neuberger Berman's Institutional and Retail business development for China and Hong Kong.

Franky received his BSc from the University of Hong Kong and an MBA from HKUST Business School. Franky is a CFA charter holder.

Marcus Tang is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In his role, he supports the international compliance effort at Blue Owl. 

Before joining Blue Owl, Marcus was a Compliance Officer at LMR Partners, a global multi-strategy hedge fund, for their London and Hong Kong offices.  Prior to that, he was a Fund Oversight Senior Analyst at Fidelity International.  Marcus previously worked as a Compliance Analyst at Point72 and began his career as a Graduate Trainee at the Hong Kong financial regulator, the Securities and Futures Commission.

Marcus received his BBA (Economics) from the University of Science and Technology.
