Dave Jaroslovsky is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on evaluating investment opportunities and underwriting and executing equity and debt financing transactions across the GP Strategic Capital platform. Dave also serves on Blue Owl’s Retirement Committee.

Before joining Blue Owl, Dave was an Investment Banking Associate at Evercore. In this role, Dave worked on Mergers and Acquisitions and Strategic, Defense and Shareholder Advisory projects for Technology and Financial Technology businesses. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President in the Asset Finance division of Citizens Financial Group. Dave began his career in the wealth management industry, holding various roles at an independent RIA and Merrill Lynch.

Dave received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and holds a BS in Global Business from the University of Redlands.

Scott Jeffreys is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In his role, he leads North America Insurance Portfolio Strategy, where he is focused on client advisory, asset allocation, peer analysis, thought leadership, and other strategic offerings on behalf of the firm.

Before joining Blue Owl, Scott spent four years at Kohlberg Kravis & Roberts (KKR) as Head of Insurance Analytics. Prior to that, he was lead insurance strategist at Macquarie. Scott began his career at BlackRock and spent over a decade at the firm focused on insurance client advisory.

Scott graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Policy Analysis and Management.

Chris Jensen is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for data center acquisition and development for highly connected facilities in population centers, communications infrastructure (fiber), and new investment opportunities. Chris serves on the Boards of Dark Fiber & Infrastructure (DF&I), RadiusDC, Gigabit Fiber and South Reach Networks.  

Before joining Blue Owl, Chris was a Managing Director at IPI, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to that, he was the Managing Partner at Anderson Pacific Corporation, an investment firm focused on acquiring and building companies in the Digital Infrastructure vertical. Chris was a Co-Founder of multiple successful companies in the data center, fiber and wireless infrastructure verticals including FiberLink (acq: Zayo), NeutralPath Communications (acq: Zayo), ColocationZone (acq: Lightower), Digital Capital Partners (acq: CIM Group / 1547), Cypress Cellular (acq: Verizon) and i700 A Block (acq: T-Mobile). Chris was honored as one of Crain’s Chicago Business’s 40 Under 40 for 2017.

Chris received his BS from Indiana University.

Adrian Jesuthasan is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In his role, he focuses on all compliance matters in the regions of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Before joining Blue Owl, Adrian was a Managing Director and Co-Global Chief Compliance Officer at York Capital Management, a global investment management firm. Prior to that, he was the Head of Compliance at Arrowgrass Capital Partners, a European investment manager. Adrian previously worked as a Senior Associate at the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Adrian began his career as a Portfolio Manager at BlackRock and Schroders on the Risk Management Graduate Program.

Adrian received his BSc in Mathematics from the University of Warwick and holds an MSc in Financial Mathematics from Cass Business School in London.

Hao Jiang is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Credit Finance & Capital Markets Team. Based in New York, he is a member of the Credit Finance and Capital Markets Team.

Prior to joining Blue Owl, Hao was a Managing Director at Mizuho Securities where he was responsible for the new issue CLO business in the US. Prior to Mizuho, Hao worked at the CLO group at Credit Suisse. Hao joined Credit Suisse when it acquired Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he started his career and held various positions in real estate finance group and high yield structured finance group.

Hao received a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University with majors in Mathematics, Computer Science and Economics.

Catherine Johnston is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In her role, she is responsible for fund operations, product solutions, and fund formation for Blue Owl in EMEA, serving as Head of EMEA Fund Operations.

Before joining Blue Owl, Catherine was an Associate Partner and Head of Product Development at Arcmont Asset Management, a European private credit manager based in London, where she was responsible for product development and fund formation. Prior to joining Arcmont, she worked in investor relations at AnaCap Financial Partners and Triton Partners, having started her career at EY in Financial Services audit.

She received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with Biology from Durham University.

Tiffany Johnston is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. Based in London, she focuses on Blue Owl’s EMEA LP relationships.

Prior to this role, she led Blue Owl GP Strategic Capital's, formerly known as Dyal Capital's, Business Services Platform in EMEA. Before joining Blue Owl, Tiffany was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, in its London based Capital Introductions Group. Prior to that, she held roles of increasing responsibility in the London based Capital Introductions team at Barclays and the prime brokerage origination team at Lehman Brothers. Tiffany began her career as a Financial Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York.

Tiffany received her BA, magna cum laude, in Economics and Spanish from Amherst College, and holds an MBA from IESE Business School and has completed the CAIA program.

Alex Jones is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In his role, Alex leads the Private Wealth Advisory practice which provides Partner Managers with advice on structuring and distribution strategies through the global wealth management channel.
 
Before joining Blue Owl, Alex was Head of US Private Wealth Solutions at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) where he led the development of ICG’s relationships with wealth management clients in the United States. Prior to ICG, Alex was at JP Morgan Private Bank where he was Co-Head of US Alternative Investments, leading a team of alternative investment professionals responsible for raising significant private investment fund commitments. Prior to this, he worked at Sterne, Agee & Leach as a Director of Institutional Equity Research Sales.
 
Alex received a B.A. and a B.Mus. from Oberlin College and Conservatory.

Maria Jones is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she focuses on monitoring and servicing broadly syndicated loan investments within the liquid credit strategy.

Before joining Blue Owl, Maria was Director of Operations at American Capital Ltd. and Canaras Capital Management in their leverage finance team. Prior to that, she worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and INVESCO, where she was a team leader for bank loan operations. In these roles, she worked with direct bank loan investments through various hedge funds and total return swaps as well as managing the day to day operations of 17 CLOs, CDOs and other separately managed accounts. Maria began her career at Loan Pricing Corporation, a Reuters company.

Maria received her BS from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Jean Joseph is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. Jean is also a Portfolio Manager and a member of the First Lien Investment Committee. In his role, he focuses on direct lending to middle-market companies.

Before joining Blue Owl in 2018, Jean was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he was Portfolio Manager in its Investment Management Division responsible for the management of the division’s leveraged loan strategies. Prior to that, Jean was a member Goldman Sachs’ Leveraged Finance Group within the Investment Banking Division. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Jean was a member of the Wells Fargo Securities Leveraged Finance department and began his career as a credit analyst at GE Capital and Atherton Capital with a focus on middle market lending.

Jean received an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he attended as a Consortium for Graduate Study in Management Fellow. Jean also received a BBA from the University of Notre Dame where he captained the Varsity Men’s Soccer Team and was a recipient of the Francis Patrick O’Connor Award. Jean is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society.
