Gary Rozier is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Real Estate Investment Team. In his role, Gary serves on the investment committee and is responsible for reviewing and approving real estate transactions, as well as interfacing with limited partners on the investment portfolios. 

Gary was Senior Vice President at Ariel Investments for 14 years where he was responsible for business development and client services. Prior to joining Ariel, Gary spent 5 years with Rydex Funds, now Guggenheim Investments, where he served as regional vice president responsible for product development and distribution across the Midwest. 

Gary earned a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland.
 

Agatha Rudz Froese is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. Agatha leads the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (“DEI”) practice which is focused on providing guidance to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers on people strategy, corporate and investment practices, and community impact.

Before joining Blue Owl, Agatha was a Senior Recruiter at Neuberger Berman, a global asset management firm. Prior to that, she was a Managing Consultant in the Legal practice at Michael Page. Agatha began her career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Goldman Sachs.

Agatha received a BA in Politics from New York University and a JD from Pace University School of Law. Currently, Agatha serves on the Associate Board of Directors for The Opportunity Network, a non-profit that supports underserved students with postsecondary and career readiness education.

Mitchell Schacher is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. Mitchell is part of the Capital Strategy practice providing fundraising advisory and client development support to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers. He is focused on managing relationships with US institutional investors in the Midwest, Central US, Latin America, and real asset investors.

Before joining Blue Owl, Mitchell was Head of Corporate Access at UBS, where he built extensive relationships within the corporate investor relations community and advised public issuers on global investor opportunities. Prior to that, he served as COO of Sales for the Equities Division and Prime Brokerage.

Mitchell received a BS in Neuroscience, with honors, from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.

Dana Sclafani is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of BDC Investor Relations. Based in New York, she is responsible for public investor engagement for Blue Owl's BDCs.

Before joining Blue Owl, Dana was a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets in the Equity Capital Markets group. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at Barclays. Dana began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lehman Brothers in the Financial Institutions Group.

Dana received a BS in Management & Business from Skidmore College, where she graduated with honors.

Dmitry Selin is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Tax Team. In his role, he focuses on product structuring, tax compliance, investor reporting and operations for the Real Estate platform.

Before joining Blue Owl, Dmitry was a Senior Vice President of Tax at Blue Vista, a real estate investment management firm, where he oversaw the firm’s tax function. Prior to this, Dmitry was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP in the Real Estate Global Compliance & Reporting group.

Dmitry received a BS in Accounting from University of Illinois and a MS in Taxation from DePaul University. Dmitry is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.

Prachee Shah is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In her role, Prachee is part of the Operational Advisory practice focused on providing operational and technology-related best practice consulting and thought leadership to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers.

Before joining Blue Owl, Prachee was a Vice President at BlackRock and held several roles during her time there. Most recently, she was part of the BlackRock Alternative Investors COO team. Prior to joining BlackRock, Prachee began her career as an Auditor at CohnReznick, LLP, focusing on hospitality clients.

Prachee received a BBA/MBA in Public Accounting from Pace University. She is also a licensed CPA in the state of New York.

Jared Sheiker is a Principal at Blue Owl and the Chief of Staff, Real Estate. In his role as Chief of Staff for Blue Owl Real Estate where he serves as a member of the Investment Committee, he focuses on sourcing and structuring transactions, supporting investor relations, and other real estate and corporate initiatives.

Before joining Blue Owl, Jared was an Investment Banking Analyst at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a Stifel Company.

Jared received his BBA in Finance and Accounting from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

Madeleine Sinclair is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Private Wealth North America Distribution. Madeleine oversees business development across Blue Owl’s US & Canadian Private Wealth business. As a member of the global leadership team, she is focused on fundraising, expanding strategic relationships, and launching innovative solutions for high-net-worth clients and their advisors. 

Prior to joining Blue Owl, Madeleine served as Head of iShares Canada for BlackRock and served on the iShares Executive Committee. Over the course of her nineteen years at BlackRock, Madeleine held numerous leadership roles within their US Wealth Advisory business, including COO, National Sales Manager, and Head of Distribution Strategy. Madeleine has deep experience in building and managing industry leading teams that deliver impactful business results. Ms. Sinclair was recently recognized by Private Equity International as a Woman of Influence in the Cross-Asset category. 

Madeleine holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a BA from DePauw University. She is an active member of CHIEF, a network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders. She also serves on the Board of 10,000 Degrees, a program focused on getting students from low-income backgrounds to and through college. 
 

Robert Sine is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Healthcare Opportunities Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on the equity trading, portfolio hedging, and capital markets functions across the funds.

Previously Rob was a Partner and Head Trader at Cowen Healthcare Investments, the predecessor to Blue Owl Healthcare Opportunities. Before that, he was a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets at Cowen and Company. Rob began his career in Equity Sales and Trading at Rodman & Renshaw.

Rob received his BS in Finance from Clemson University.

Jennifer Singh is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Tax Team. In her role, she focuses on cross platform investor reporting and tax compliance.

Before joining Blue Owl, Jennifer was a Director at Blackstone focused on tax compliance of the management company. Prior to that, she was a Tax Manager at PwC in the Real Estate Asset Management practice. Jennifer began her career at KPMG in the Real Estate Tax practice.

Jennifer received a BBA in Accounting from CUNY Baruch College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.
