Brendan Maghini is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, Brendan focuses on servicing and developing key strategic accounts within Blue Owl’s North America Private Wealth business.
Before joining Blue Owl, Brendan was a Director, Senior National Accounts Manager at Lazard Asset Management, where he also began his career.
Brendan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business. He maintains Series 7 and Series 63 registrations.
Jay Majmundar is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Credit Finance & Capital Markets Team. In his role, he is responsible for CLO and warehouse structuring, execution, and surveillance related to the firm’s private credit financing efforts.
Before joining Blue Owl, he was an Associate at Waterfall Asset Management, a structured credit asset manager supporting the high-yield Asset-Backed Credit strategy. Prior to that, he was a Fixed Income Product Controller at Cantor Fitzgerald and a Senior Associate at US Bancorp.
Jay received a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
Bilal Manji is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Legal Team. In his role, he focuses on providing legal counsel on portfolio investments across the platform and the firm's strategic transactions.
Before joining Blue Owl, Bilal was a Senior Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
Bilal received his JD from the University of Toronto, MPA from Queen’s University and BA in History and Political Science, honors, from McGill University. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Ontario.
In 2025, Bilal was named to Private Equity International's Future 40 list in its Lawyers category.
Felipe Manzo is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on leading the business footprint and presence in Latin America.
Before Joining Blue Owl, Felipe was an Executive Director at Santander, where he led due diligence and distribution of private markets funds for the global private bank. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Raymond James where he was responsible for research and due diligence of private markets strategies.
Felipe holds a degree of Finance as well as a Master of Finance from the University of Tampa and is a CFA charter holder.
Jeremy Marchat is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on the expansion of Blue Owl’s Private Wealth business across EMEA and supporting client relationships for all Blue Owl strategies.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Jeremy led the Client Coverage Team at Credit Suisse AG out of Geneva, where he was promoting Credit Suisse Liquid Alternatives Globally, with a strong focus on Middle East and the Swiss market. Before joining Credit Suisse, Jeremy spent seven years at UBS AG in Zurich and later in Singapore, where he led the Hedge Fund Product Specialist team across Southeast Asia.
Jeremy received his MS. in Financial Engineering from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland in 2010 and is a CAIA Charter holder.
Alessandra Marin is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Investor Operations Team. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing investor operations and servicing initiatives at Blue Owl Capital, delivering a seamless experience for the firm’s global investors. She drives strategic enhancements to operational workflows, supports fund administration activities, and partners cross-functionally to drive efficiency and elevate client service across investment vehicles.
Before joining Blue Owl, she served as Manager of Global Investor Services at Prudential, PGIM, where she oversaw investor onboarding, capital activity processing, and client reporting for investors across private and alternative asset funds. During her tenure, she partnered with technology and operations teams to streamline workflow and improve the overall client experience. Previously, she served as Manager of Business Management for Prudential, PGIM, supporting strategic initiatives, operational oversight, and process enhancements across investment teams, while delivering firm and fund performance reporting to executive leadership.
Earlier in her career, she held the role of Director at Newmark in Global Corporate Services, where she led account transitions, provided governance and account management for global corporate clients, and produced executive-level reporting on firm performance to guide senior leadership in shaping growth strategies.
She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the City University of New York, Bernard M. Baruch College.
Christopher Marino is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In his role, he is responsible for supporting the regulatory compliance team.
Before joining Blue Owl, he spent 11 years at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, most recently serving as an Exam Manager in the Division of Examinations’ New York Regional Office. He previously served as a Senior Examiner in the Division’s Private Funds Unit. During his tenure, he managed teams and led numerous high-profile examinations of investment advisers, investment companies, and private funds. Before his time at the SEC, he held roles as an Examination Supervisor at the National Futures Association and as an auditor at KPMG LLP.
He holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management from Wagner College and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey.
Mark Marino is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he serves as the Co-Head of Origination and is responsible for deal origination and structuring as well as providing ongoing oversight of the portfolio.
Before joining Blue Owl, Mark was a Principal at CPP, an investment management organization that invests the assets of the Canada Pension Plan based in New York. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York from 2007 to 2016. Mark was at Salix Ventures from 2003 to 2005 and began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies & Company, Inc.
Mark received a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Theodore Markouizos is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he supports the liquid credit strategy and focuses on the day-to-day operations of the broadly syndicated loan investments.
Before joining Blue Owl, Ted was a Manager of Finance at Onex Credit Partners, LLC and was responsible for all aspects of operations for the European CLOs, SMA’s and Hedge Funds. Prior to that, he was an associate at Anchorage Capital Group, LLC, a distressed credit-focused investment advisor based in New York City. He began his career at 3i Debt Management (now known as Investcorp Credit) as an operations analyst.
Ted received his BS in Business Administration from Marist College along with his MBA in Business Administration from Iona University’s Hagan School of Business (FKA as Iona College).
Anne Marla Asuncion is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she is focused on portfolio compliance and regulatory risk for products in the Direct Lending business on the firm’s Credit platform.
Before joining Blue Owl, Marla was Director at Guggenheim Partners overseeing CLO and SPV reporting. Prior to that, she was a Trust Officer at the Bank of New York Mellon covering CLO reporting and compliance. Marla began her professional life in advertising, working at firms such as Hill Holliday Connors Cosmopulos, Inc. and MEC Global (formerly known as Mediaedge : CIA).
Marla received her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Babson College.
