Andy Hartman is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, Andy is responsible for supporting the firm’s Alternative Credit business.
Before joining Blue Owl, Andy was the Director of Finance at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit team. At Atalaya, Andy was responsible for the finance, accounting, reporting and valuation functions and a member of the firm’s Valuation Committee and Expense Committee. Prior to joining Atalaya in 2016, Andy was a Vice President in the Real Estate & Private Equity group at Angelo Gordon, where he supported a variety of global private equity real estate funds and net lease real estate funds. Andy began his career as an Associate in the Financial Services practice at PwC where he focused on audit engagements of a variety of alternative investment funds.
Andy received his BBA in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Hofstra University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Robert Hartog is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In his role, he leads the acquisition and investment management activities in EMEA. In addition, Robert is a Director on the STACK global and regional Boards of Directors.
Before joining Blue Owl, Robert was a Managing Director and Head of EMEA at IPI Partners, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to IPI, Robert was a Senior Director and the Head of Communication Infrastructure Investments at PGGM, where he was responsible for origination, execution, business development, and asset management for the firm’s infrastructure fund globally. Robert started his career in the M&A practice at Allen&Overy, advising clients on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, LBOs, and MBOs, with a focus on private equity and venture capital.
Robert earned a post graduate certificate from the corporate law program at the University of Nijmegen, the Netherlands, and a master's degree with a focus on corporate law and intellectual property law from the University of Utrecht.
Karim Hassouna is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Real Assets Management Team. In his role, where he serves as a member of the Investment Committee, he is responsible for research, portfolio management, and corporate initiatives across Real Assets. Within research, Karim collaborates with business partners to identify, refine, and synthesize market views across net lease, digital infrastructure, and credit. Within portfolio management, he works with senior leadership and corporate finance to ensure optimal asset allocation, selection, and management that align with Fund, SMA, and Co-investment mandates.
Before joining Blue Owl, he was Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he led the Global Private Equity Real Estate Due Diligence team responsible for diligence and manager selection. Karim was also a member of PEAC, the Private Investments Due Diligence Team's Private Equity Allocation Committee, which managed the Bank's private markets multimanager vehicle investing in buyouts, growth equity, venture capital, credit, and real assets. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Karim was a Senior Vice President for Franklin Templeton Real Asset Advisors, where he was actively involved in sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, closing, and monitoring global and Asian real estate investments. His role also included portfolio construction and analytics, as well as collaborating with the team's portfolio managers in advising institutional client portfolios. He began his career at Thomson Financial, specifically within its capital markets intelligence department, ultimately advising the senior management of publicly traded companies on equity ownership, trading, valuation, and market activity.
Karim received an MIA from Columbia University's School of International Affairs, with a concentration in international business and security studies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gettysburg College.
Stacia Hatfield is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In her role, she works with Registered Investment Advisors in the Northern California and Pacific Northwest region as a member of the Private Wealth RIA team.
Before joining Blue Owl, Stacia was a Senior Vice President at Buchanan Street Partners, a boutique private real estate firm. Prior to that, she was a Managing Director at DeVoe & Co, an investment bank focused on RIAs. Before that, she was Vice President at Carlyle, covering all private asset classes for RIAs in the western US. Stacia has worked with RIAs throughout her career, selling ETFs, mutual funds, SMAs, and custodial services to RIAs around the US.
Stacia received her MBA from Fuqua, Duke University School of Business, and her BA in Political Science/Business Administration from UCLA.

Meaghan Haugh is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. Before joining Blue Owl, Meaghan was a Principal at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit team.
Meaghan received her BA in Mathematics from the Dartmouth College.
Michael Heino is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Operations & Accounting Team. In his role, he leads the firm's effort in analyzing and hedging interest rate and currency exposures across the various business platforms.
Before joining Blue Owl, Mike was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in their Corporate Derivatives team, and was responsible for developing and structuring hedging programs for financial institutions. He began his career at Citigroup in their Corporate Solutions Group within Sales and Trading.
Mike graduated summa cum laude from Yeshiva University with a BA in Mathematics.
Jeff Hertz is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on the firm's 1031 exchange solution, OREX.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jeff was a SVP and Head of Advanced Planning at Cantor Fitzgerald Asset Management. Prior to that, he was a First Vice President with Inland Securities Corporation.
Jeff received his BA in Psychology from the University of Oregon and maintains his FINRA series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
Dan Hickey is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the firm's investor relations and capital raising initiatives.
Before joining Blue Owl, Dan was a Managing Director and Investment Committee Member at Oakmont Capital Management where he advised on the firm’s portfolio design and implementation of private investments. Prior to Oakmont Capital, Dan spent over 20 years as a Director at BlackRock focused on providing a wide range of public and private investment solutions to financial advisors and their clients. Dan holds several industry designations including Certified Investment Analyst (CIMA®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA™). Dan is also certified by the CAIA Association in Private Debt and Real Estate.
Dan received an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and holds a BSBA from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.

Kwan Ho Choi is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In his role, he focuses on institutional fundraising covering Korean institutional investors.
Before joining Blue Owl, Kwanho was a Managing Director and a founding member at Ascentium Group Limited which was acquired by Blue Owl in 2021 to establish its physical presence in Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was a Director and Head of Korea Distribution at Credit Suisse – Private Fund Group in Seoul, responsible for capital raising for Korean financial institutions. Kwanho began his career in 2007 as an Analyst in Institutional Sales at Credit Suisse in Seoul, responsible for sales of various products encompassing derivatives and structured products.
Kwanho received his BBA from Seoul National University.

Tom Hogan is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Insurance Solutions Investment Team. In his role Tom also serves as Chief of Staff for the Insurance Solutions platform, where he is responsible for coordinating the investment and strategic / corporate development efforts of the platform.
Prior to his current role, he was a member of the Direct Lending Investment Team focusing on investments in the financial services sector. Prior to joining Blue Owl, Tom was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions and Leveraged Finance groups. He began his career at Deloitte, working across both audit and consulting engagements for financial services clients.
Tom received an MBA from the Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management and a BBA from Loyola University Maryland.
