Ian Goodman is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he leads business strategy for Blue Owl Private Wealth.
Before joining Blue Owl, Ian was a Managing Director at Republic Digital. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Blackstone.
Ian received his BS in Finance, magna cum laude, from Providence College.
Dennis Gorczyca is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Liquid Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on evaluating investment opportunities in broadly syndicated, non-investment grade leveraged loans.
Before joining Blue Owl, Dennis was a Managing Director at Par-Four Investment Management (Par-Four) and Portfolio Manager of the Tralee CLO platform. Prior to that role, he was a senior analyst focused on leveraged loan, high yield and distressed credits. Before joining Par-Four, Dennis was at Fortress Investment Group where he evaluated leveraged loans and private equity investments for the legacy D.B. Zwirn portfolios. Dennis began his career at Bear Stearns where he held a variety of roles including as an Associate in Merchant Banking focused on lower middle market private equity opportunities within the Bear Growth Capital Partners (BGCP) group and as an investment banking analyst.
Dennis received his MBA from Columbia Business School and graduated magna cum laude from Bucknell University with a BS in Business Administration.
Desmond Gordon is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the firm’s Business Conduct Group.
Before joining Blue Owl, Desmond was a Chief Compliance Officer, VP of Compliance at APW Capital. Prior to that, he was a Chief Compliance Officer at Purshe Kaplan Sterling Investments (PKS), an SEC-registered broker-dealer based in Albany, NY. Desmond began his career as an Assistant Compliance Officer at PKS.
Desmond received his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and graduated, magna cum laude, from the University at Buffalo.
Sacha Gornaya is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In her role, Sacha co-leads the Business Services Platform’s EMEA team where she is responsible for the team’s overall efforts across EMEA. Sacha is also a member of the Capital Strategy practice providing fundraising advisory and client development support to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers. She is responsible for managing relationships with investors across Europe and the Middle East.
Before joining Blue Owl, Sacha was a Managing Director at First Avenue, a global advisory and capital placement firm. Prior to that, she held an investment position at IFC Metropol and earlier, in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch. Sacha began her career at Lehman Brothers in the European Mergers and Acquisitions team.
Sacha received a master’s degree in Finance from ESSEC Business School and an MBA from INSEAD.
Kyle Goss is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on sourcing, underwriting, executing, and managing investments, with a focus on corporate capital solutions and opportunistic asset purchases within the technology and healthcare verticals.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Kyle was a Principal with Atalaya Capital Management and Elm Park Capital, both predecessor firms to Blue Owl's Alternative Credit Team. Kyle also previously held private credit investment professional roles within the Direct Lending Group at HBK Capital Management and the Americas Special Situations Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Wachovia Securities.
Kyle holds a BA in History and a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University, where he was a Hunt Scholar.
Marina Grafel is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing funds reporting, with a focus on Blue Owl BDCs.
Before joining Blue Owl, she was Senior Controller and Director of External Reporting at Sculptor Capital Management Inc., where she led the external reporting function overseeing SEC and other regulatory filings. She started her career in the assurance practice with PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York.
She received a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from The Ohio State University. She is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.
Chris Graham is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Real Estate Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on the firm’s real estate lending business and serves on multiple investment committees across the platform. In addition to real estate direct lending, Chris helps guide trading and investment activities in real estate-related securities, including CMBS, RMBS, and corporate real estate debt.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Chris was part of Blackstone’s Real Estate Securities Group, where he directed investment strategies for the firm’s insurance platform. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Goldman Sachs within the Real Estate Financing Group of the Investment Banking Division.
Chris earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Ethan Gregerson is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he serves as the fund controller on ONLP and OREF VII where he is responsible for accounting and finance functions for the Real Assets' funds.
Before joining Blue Owl, Ethan was a fund controller at Oak Street Real Estate Capital, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Real Asset platform, focusing on the firm's open-end fund. Prior to that, he was an audit manager at RSM US LLP, a public accounting firm specializing in middle market companies.
Ethan received a BS in Accounting from Butler University and is a CPA in Illinois.
Alicia Gregory is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. Previously, Alicia was Deputy CIO at Future Fund, Australia's sovereign wealth fund, where she was responsible for all asset classes.
Alicia holds a BBus from UTS Sydney, is a CFA Charterholder and a Graduate from Australian Institute of Company Directors. Alicia was previously a Director of Tilt Renewables, Australia's largest renewable energy project, Chair of Australian Investment Council and Investment Committee Member for Fairfax Foundation.
Brant Gresham is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In his role, he leads our team that focuses on advising and partnering with institutional investors across the western half of North America, and also serves as the Executive Sponsor of VALOR, Blue Owl's Veterans ERG.
Before joining Blue Owl, Brant was a Senior Vice President within PIMCO’s institutional client group. Prior to that, he was an officer and F/A-18 pilot in the United States Navy. Brant also recently served on the board of Working Wardrobes, a leading non-profit focused on workforce development.
Brant received an MBA with concentrations in Analytic Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he graduated with honors and was awarded the David W. Fox Fellowship. He also earned a BA in Government from Georgetown University, where he graduated with honors. Brant is a CFA charterholder.
