Sacha Gornaya is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In her role, Sacha co-leads the Business Services Platform’s EMEA team where she is responsible for the team’s overall efforts across EMEA. Sacha is also a member of the Capital Strategy practice providing fundraising advisory and client development support to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers. She is responsible for managing relationships with investors across Europe and the Middle East.
Before joining Blue Owl, Sacha was a Managing Director at First Avenue, a global advisory and capital placement firm. Prior to that, she held an investment position at IFC Metropol and earlier, in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch. Sacha began her career at Lehman Brothers in the European Mergers and Acquisitions team.
Sacha received a master’s degree in Finance from ESSEC Business School and an MBA from INSEAD.

Kyle Goss is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on sourcing, underwriting, executing, and managing investments, with a focus on corporate capital solutions and opportunistic asset purchases within the technology and healthcare verticals.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Kyle was a Principal with Atalaya Capital Management and Elm Park Capital, both predecessor firms to Blue Owl's Alternative Credit Team. Kyle also previously held private credit investment professional roles within the Direct Lending Group at HBK Capital Management and the Americas Special Situations Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Wachovia Securities.
Kyle holds a BA in History and a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University, where he was a Hunt Scholar.

Chris Graham is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Real Estate Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on trading and investing in real estate-related securities.
Before joining Blue Owl, Chris worked at Blackstone in the Real Estate Securities Group, most recently leading the effort to invest in real estate-related securities, including CMBS, RMBS, and corporate real estate debt for the firm's insurance clients. Prior to that, he worked at Goldman Sachs in various roles, including in the Real Estate Financing Group of the firm's Investment Banking Division.
Chris received his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University and MBA from the Columbia Business School.

Ethan Gregerson is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he serves as the fund controller on ONLP where he is responsible for accounting and finance functions for the fund.
Before joining Blue Owl, Ethan was a fund controller at Oak Street Real Estate Capital, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Real Asset platform, focusing on the firm's open-end fund. Prior to that, he was an audit manager at RSM US LLP, a public accounting firm specializing in middle market companies.
Ethan received a BS in Accounting from Butler University and is a CPA in Illinois.

Alicia Gregory is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. Previously, Alicia was Deputy CIO at Future Fund, Australia's sovereign wealth fund, where she was responsible for all asset classes.
Alicia holds a BBus from UTS Sydney, is a CFA Charterholder and a Graduate from Australian Institute of Company Directors. Alicia was previously a Director of Tilt Renewables, Australia's largest renewable energy project, Chair of Australian Investment Council and Investment Committee Member for Fairfax Foundation.

Brant Gresham is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In his role, he focuses on working with institutional investors across the suite of Blue Owl funds.
Before joining Blue Owl, Brant was a Senior Vice President within PIMCO’s institutional client group. Prior to that, he was an officer and F/A-18 pilot in the United States Navy. Brant also serves on the board of Working Wardrobes, a leading non-profit focused on workforce development.
Brant received an MBA with concentrations in Analytic Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he graduated with honors and was awarded the David W. Fox Fellowship. He also earned a BA in Government from Georgetown University, where he graduated with honors. Brant is a CFA charterholder.

Cara Griffiths is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In her role, she has responsibility for coverage of alternative asset management firms and GPSC’s client relationships across Europe and Southeast Asia and is a member of the investment committee. Additionally, she leads a team that develops proprietary market-related analysis and content, as well as focusing on strategic projects relating to public capital market activity. Cara is based in London.
Before joining Blue Owl, Cara was a Managing Director at Bank of America, where she was a strategic equity adviser to Dyal Capital, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's GP Strategic Capital platform. She began her career in the UK corporate finance team at Investec Bank.
Cara received her BA Hons in Modern History and Politics from Oxford University.

Deanne Grimaldi is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In her role, Deanne is part of the Capital Strategy practice providing fundraising advisory and client development support to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers. She is responsible for managing relationships with US institutional investors on the East Coast and in Canada.
Before joining Blue Owl, Deanne was a Vice President and Client Advisor in the Client Solutions Group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she serviced and developed strategic corporate pension, public pension, and not-for-profit relationships across North America.
Deanne received a BS in Finance with a minor in Economics, summa cum laude, from Fordham University.

Bobby Groat is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Liquid Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on investments in broadly syndicated loans and non-investment grade credit within the Healthcare sector.
Before joining Blue Owl, Bobby was a Director at Barclays Capital in New York. Prior to that, he was a Senior Research Analyst with Symphony Asset Management, a subsidiary of Nuveen & TIAA-CREF, where he also focused on investments in non-investment grade credit. Bobby began his career at Jefferies as a non-publishing credit research analyst.
Bobby received his BA in Economics and BA in German from the University of Michigan.

Sam Grobart is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Marketing Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the firm's branding strategy and marketing initiatives by creating public and client-facing thought-leadership content.
Before joining Blue Owl, Sam was at Goldman Sachs, where he helped lead its content operation. Prior to that, he was an editor and reporter at The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Businessweek, CNN, and several other news organizations.
Sam received his BA in History from Kenyon College.
