Stacy Gulich is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she focuses on overseeing the accounting and reporting of the firm’s carry participant vehicles.
Before joining Blue Owl, Stacy was a Vice President of Finance at PGIM Inc., a global asset manager and division of Prudential Financial Inc., where she provided strategic support and managed the forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting activities of PGIM Private Capital and PGIM Real Estate. Stacy began her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen.
Stacy received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Washington University and holds a CPA license.

Nav Gupta is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he primarily focuses on managing stressed portfolio investments.
Before joining Blue Owl, Nav was a Vice President in the Asset Management division of Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Medley Management Inc., a credit-focused asset management firm. Nav began his career as an attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
Nav received his JD from Harvard University and holds a BBA and BA, summa cum laude, in Finance and Political Science, respectively, from Emory University.

Karen Hager is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Compliance Officer. She is also Chief Compliance Officer of each of the Blue Owl BDCs and each of the Blue Owl’s SEC registered investment advisers.
Prior to joining Owl Rock, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Credit platform, in March 2018, Karen was Chief Compliance Officer at Abbott Capital Management, an SEC registered investment adviser specializing in private equity fund of funds based in New York, with offices in London. Prior to that, Karen was Senior Vice President, Director of Global Compliance of The Permal Group, an investment management firm with offices regulated in eight countries including the US, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, France, and Korea. Prior to that, she was Director of Compliance of Dominick and Dominick Advisors LLC, an SEC registered investment adviser based in New York. Karen began her career as a Securities Compliance Examiner with the US Securities and Exchange Commission based in the Branch of Investment Adviser Examinations in the SEC’s Northeast Regional Office.
Karen received a BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, where she graduated with high honors.

David Hall is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In his role, David leads the Artificial Intelligence Advisory practice, which provides strategic and tactical support to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers as they integrate and optimize AI within their businesses.
Before joining Blue Owl, David was a Vice President in the Alternative Investments and Manager Selection team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
David received a BS in Economics & Finance from Bentley University, where he graduated with high honors.

Kevin Halleran is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Financial Officer, Real Assets. Based in Chicago, he is focused on the corporate finance, accounting, and financial reporting of the organization.
Before joining Blue Owl, Kevin was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Donahue Schriber Realty Group, which was a grocery anchored retail REIT based in Costa Mesa, CA. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at Starwood Retail Partners. Kevin began his career as an Audit Associate at KPMG LLP in the Real Estate Assurance Practice.
Kevin received a BS in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University. Currently, Kevin is a CPA in the state of Illinois.

Lauren Hamilton is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. As the Chief Accounting Officer of the Blue Owl Real Estate Net Lease Trust, she is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of Blue Owl Real Estate’s Open-End Funds.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Lauren served as Vice President and Head of Accounting Policy, Internal Control, and Financial Governance at TIAA, where she led technical accounting and internal controls over financial reporting for TIAA and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining TIAA, Lauren spent 12 years at KPMG, during which she was responsible for leading the integrated audits of large public and private companies in the real estate, asset management and professional services industries. During her tenure at KPMG, Lauren also served as chief of staff in the Chairman’s office from 2014-2016, and chief of staff for the KPMG’s Global Services Centre from 2012-2014.
Lauren received a BBA in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Seon Harry is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In his role, he focuses on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions and Anti-Bribery Corruption (ABC).
Before joining Blue Owl, Seon was a Vice President, Senior Compliance Officer, and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for various Investment vehicles and the Limited-purpose Broker dealer at PIMCO, a global asset management firm based in California. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Allianz Global Investors. Seon began his career as a Stock Options Client Service Associate at UBS, in the Financial Advisory Group.
Seon received his BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and holds the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS) certifications.

Britten Harte is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. Before joining Blue Owl, Britten Harte was a Director on the Business Development and Investor Relations team at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit team. Prior to that, Britten was a Vice President at Lafayette Square on the Investor Relations team. Previously, she held roles at Cohen & Steers and BTG Pactual. Britten began her career at Steptoe & Johnson LLP.
Britten received her BA in Political Science from Northwestern University.

Andy Hartman is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, Andy is responsible for supporting the firm’s Alternative Credit business.
Before joining Blue Owl, Andy was the Director of Finance at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit team. At Atalaya, Andy was responsible for the finance, accounting, reporting and valuation functions and a member of the firm’s Valuation Committee and Expense Committee. Prior to joining Atalaya in 2016, Andy was a Vice President in the Real Estate & Private Equity group at Angelo Gordon, where he supported a variety of global private equity real estate funds and net lease real estate funds. Andy began his career as an Associate in the Financial Services practice at PwC where he focused on audit engagements of a variety of alternative investment funds.
Andy received his BBA in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Hofstra University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.
Robert Hartog is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In his role, he leads the acquisition and investment management activities in EMEA. In addition, Robert is a Director on the STACK global and regional Boards of Directors.
Before joining Blue Owl, Robert was a Managing Director and Head of EMEA at IPI Partners, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to IPI, Robert was a Senior Director and the Head of Communication Infrastructure Investments at PGGM, where he was responsible for origination, execution, business development, and asset management for the firm’s infrastructure fund globally. Robert started his career in the M&A practice at Allen&Overy, advising clients on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, LBOs, and MBOs, with a focus on private equity and venture capital.
Robert earned a post graduate certificate from the corporate law program at the University of Nijmegen, the Netherlands, and a master's degree with a focus on corporate law and intellectual property law from the University of Utrecht.
