Keitaro Nishiyama is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on fundraising covering Japanese private wealth investors.
Before joining Blue Owl, Keitaro was at PGIM Japan, focused on fundraising mainly covering pension clients. Prior to that, he was a relationship manager at BlackRock, responsible for delivering technology solutions (Aladdin) to clients. Keitaro began his career at Nomura Asset Management.
He earned bachelor of economics degree from the University of Tokyo.
Mark Nixdorf is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Legal Team. In his role, he focuses on providing legal counsel in connection with the firm’s investments, fund formation, and strategic transactions.
Before joining Blue Owl, Mark was a Vice President and Senior Counsel at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he was responsible for covering alternative investment strategies including private credit, renewable power, and growth equity. He also advised Goldman Sachs Asset Management on strategic acquisitions. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Allen & Overy LLP and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Mark began his career as a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP.
Mark received his JD from Brooklyn Law School and holds a BS in Accounting from Tulane University.
Jim Noll is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he focuses on accounting and reporting for alternative credit funds.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jim was an Assistant Controller at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit team. Prior to that, Jim was an Accounting Manager at SEI, a fund administrator where he focused on private credit funds.
Jim received a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
Moises Numa is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Net Lease Investment Team. In his role, Moises is responsible for the origination, evaluation, and execution of investments for Blue Owl's Real Assets platform.
Before joining Blue Owl, Moises was a Growth Equity Investor at Jump Capital and a Private Equity Associate at MPE Partners. He also held roles as an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair and Senior Analyst at Analysis Group.
Moises received a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Accounting from Babson College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Seyong O is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. Seyong O is a Principal at Blue Owl and a member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations team. In this role, Seyong focuses on investment accounting and technical accounting for Alternative Credit funds.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Seyong was a Director at Obra Capital, where he led financial reporting and accounting policy initiatives across complex investment structures. Before that, he served as Vice President at Waterfall Asset Management, specializing in business combination accounting, CECL analysis, and valuation of acquired assets across real estate and structured credit portfolios. He began his career at Deloitte, where he led audits for investment funds and broker-dealers.
Seyong holds both M.S. and B.B.A. degrees in Accountancy from Baruch College, graduating summa cum laude. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
Antonia O'Connor is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. Based in London, she serves as a Credit Product Specialist working closely with the regional Institutional Capital teams, helping to support and enhance their sales efforts and maximize asset raise and servicing across the Diversified Lending, First Lien, Technology and Opportunistic strategies.
Before joining Blue Owl, Antonia worked at Magnetar for 10 years, where she led the EMEA Business Development and Investor Relations group. Prior to Magnetar, she was Co-Head of Hedge Funds, Senior Investment Manager and Head of Fixed Income & Credit within the Investment solutions division of Aberdeen Asset Management, serving as the portfolio manager for the flagship Fund of Funds. She joined Aberdeen through the acquisition of RBS Asset Management in 2010, where she served in similar roles. Antonia began her career at Coutts & Co. on the Alternative Investments team.
Antonia holds a BSc (1st Class Honours) from University College London (UCL).
Darragh O'Flaherty is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on investments in the technology sector, including both traditional direct lending and growth equity. Darragh also oversees Blue Owl’s investing in the healthcare IT sector.
Before joining Blue Owl in 2017, through Owl Rock Capital Partners, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Credit platform, Darragh was an investor with Guggenheim Partners, a global asset manager, where he focused on technology investments. Prior to that, he was an investment analyst at Allied Irish Banks in New York. Darragh began his career as the founder of Medibill.ie, a software business he developed to automate medical billing for physicians in Ireland.
Currently, Darragh serves on the board of the Galway University Foundation and is an Investment Committee Member and founder of the Digital Irish Venture Fund. He received a BSc in Business Information Systems and an MBS in Corporate Strategy, both from the University of Galway, as well as an MSc in Finance from the Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin.
Meghan O'Hara Lynch is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. Based in New York, she is Head of Events for the Business Services Platform.
Before joining Blue Owl, she was an Event Producer at David Stark Design and Production, where she planned corporate, social, and nonprofit events. Prior to that, she was Associate Manager, Corporate Events at OppenheimerFunds, focusing on internal and client-facing events and conferences. Previously, Meghan was Manager, Special Events at Hospital for Special Surgery where she worked with the Board of Trustees and Hospital Leadership to plan cultivational and fundraising events.
Meghan received a BA in Psychology from Bucknell University.
Brian O'Neill is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Internal Audit & Controls Team. In his role, he leads the internal audit practice and Sarbanes-Oxley program.
Before joining Blue Owl, Brian was a Senior Vice President at Blackstone and deputy to the Chief Audit Executive, where he led the US internal audit team. Prior to that, he was a Principal at KKR based in San Francisco, where he was one of the founding members of the internal audit department and global audit lead for the alternative credit division. Brian began his career with roles in internal audit at J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley, where he was based in New York and London, respectively.
Brian received his BBA from the University of Miami, with a concentration in Marketing and Political Science.
Mark O'Sullivan is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on underwriting equity and financing transactions and managing GP Strategic Capital Investment Team's ongoing relationships with its partner managers.
Before joining Blue Owl, Mark was a Managing Director at Dyal Capital Partners, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s GP Strategic Capital platform. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Development group at Lehman Brothers. Prior to that, he was a Senior Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman, a management consulting firm focused on the financial services industry. Mark began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Merrill Lynch.
Mark currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Pastoralist Child Foundation, a nonprofit committed to the advocacy against, and the intervention and prevention of female genital mutilation (FGM) and child marriage by providing support services, education, scholarships and enrichment programs.
Mark received his MS in Financial Management from Nyenrode University and holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Technical College Delft.
