Natalie Oelkers is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In her role, she leads Strategic Accounts, working with the firm's largest institutional investors across the suite of Blue Owl funds. Natalie is also part of the Blue Owl ESG Working Group.

Before joining Blue Owl in 2017, Natalie was a Managing Director at Paulson & Co in New York. Prior to that, she was a Director of Marketing at GoldenTree Asset Management in the New York and London offices. Natalie began her career at Citigroup Alternative Investments, where she was a Vice President of Marketing and Client Services for the Funds of Hedge Funds team.

Natalie is on the Leadership Circle of Women in Private Credit (WPC), a nonprofit, global network of senior women dedicated to advancing private credit and empowering female leaders.

Natalie received her BA in Economics from Duke University.

Simon Ogden is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In his role, he focuses on the firm's Compliance Testing and Controls Program and Regulatory Filings.

Before joining Blue Owl, Simon was a Compliance Officer at Trian Fund Management, L.P., a multi-billion-dollar investment management firm based in New York. Prior to that, he was a Director of Compliance at Barings LLC, a global asset management firm, where he began his career at a predecessor organization.

Simon received his MBA from Quinnipiac University and holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from College of Charleston. Simon is also a CFA charterholder.

Greg Ohlson is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In his role, Greg is responsible for engaging with Investment Consultants in the UK and Europe across all of Blue Owl's global investment capabilities.

Before joining Blue Owl, Greg was Head of International Consultant Relations at Nuveen. Prior to that, he worked for a number of asset management companies including Candriam, Itau, Legal & General Investment Management and AXA IM in similar Consultant Relations and Institutional Business Development roles.

Alexander Olsen is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In his role, he shares broad responsibilities across the investment team, focusing much of his time managing GP and LP relationships along with co-investment activities.

Before joining Blue Owl, Alexander worked at Bloomberg LP, where he helped build Bloomberg’s alternative investment data offering. Before Bloomberg Alexander worked at The Mount Vernon Group. He began his career at RedPoint Capital.

Alexander received a BA from Villanova University.

Alyssa Olsen is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In her role, she focuses on strategic initiatives and investor relations across the GP Strategic Capital platform.

Prior to joining Blue Owl, Alyssa was a marketing analyst at Third Avenue Management, where she focused on institutional investor relations.

Alyssa graduated from Providence College with a BA, magna cum laude, in Business Economics.

Opeyemi Oyekanmi is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the executives overseeing the finance, accounting, financial reporting, internal control, investment and investor operations functions.

Before joining Blue Owl, Opeyemi was a Director at The Siegfried Group, LLP, a national accounting firm. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Fund Accountant at Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds, an institutional real estate investment manager. Opeyemi began his career as an External Auditor at KPMG.

Opeyemi received his BBA in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Temple University and he currently holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Pennsylvania and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Antonio Pagnotta is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In this role, he oversees the controllership of the public management company and its subsidiaries, ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency across complex organizational structures.

Before joining Blue Owl, Antonio spent 14 years at KKR, where he provided leadership in financial reporting, planning and analysis, treasury, and operations. Prior to that, he served as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, leading audits for major financial institutions.

Antonio received his MBA from St. John’s University and holds a BA, summa cum laude, in Accounting also from St. John’s University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and Series 27 license holder.

Jackie Palermo is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she focuses on supporting the firm's Direct Lending Private Credit business.

Prior to joining Blue Owl in 2019, Jackie was an Assistant Vice President at Anchorage Capital Group, LLC., a distressed credit-focused investment advisor based in New York City. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP in the Audit - Investment Management Group.

Jackie received her MA in Mathematics and MS in Accounting from University of Albany and holds a BA, cum laude, in Mathematics with a concentration in Economics from Union College. Jackie is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Eric Pallone is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on underwriting investments in the industrial, chemical, and telecom sectors.

Before joining Blue Owl, Eric was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Cohen & Company, where he structured a variety of securitized products.

Eric received his BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Grant Palmer is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In his role, Grant is a product specialist, focusing on Blue Owl’s Real Assets strategies. 

Before joining Blue Owl, Grant was an Associate Vice President at CIM Group, a real assets investment manager based in Los Angeles. Prior to that, he was an Associate at StepStone Group, a global private markets investment manager and consultant. Grant began his career as an Investment Associate at Glenmede Trust Company.
