Matt Petrucci is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. Based in New York, he is a Fund Controller in the Direct Lending Private Credit Business.

Prior to joining Blue Owl in 2018, Matt was a Senior Fund Accountant at Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, where he worked in the Private Commingled Fund Accounting Group and was responsible for the accounting and reporting for various Alternative Investment Funds and CLOs. Prior to that, Matt worked within the Financial Services practice of PwC where he specialized in audits of alternative investment funds.

Matt received a MS in Accounting from Binghamton University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Ryan Phelan is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Net Lease Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on the operational performance of the real estate assets along with overseeing day-to-day tenant communications.

Before joining Blue Owl, Ryan was the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Asset Management at Logistics Property Company, focusing on developing and executing the strategic business plans of the real estate portfolio.  Prior to that, Ryan held finance and fund management roles with IndCor (a Blackstone portfolio company) and GLP US Management.

Ryan earned his MBA, with distinction, from DePaul University and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Drew Phillips is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he’s focused on helping inculcate Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit business into the broader Blue Owl platform and augmenting Blue Owl’s brand as an innovative and trusted leader in asset-based finance.

Before joining Blue Owl, Drew was a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of Atalaya Capital Management LP, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Alternative Credit team, where he oversaw all non-investment functions at the firm. Prior to joining Atalaya, Drew co-founded Tiger Bay Advisors, a boutique asset management consultancy. Previously, he ran the Fund and Client Legal Group at Bridgewater Associates and was the assistant General Counsel at The Rohatyn Group. He began his legal career at the law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.

He is currently on the Board of Directors of GOSO (Get Out and Stay Out), a New York based organization that partners with people impacted by arrest and incarceration to plan for successful reentry into society, Breakthrough New York, a tuition free, ten-year educational program focused on enabling motivated students from low-income backgrounds to graduate from college and pursue fulfilling careers, and the Children’s Cancer and Blood Foundation, where he has served as Board President.

Drew holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.

Janine Phillips is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In her role she focuses business development and client service in Europe for the Institutional client base.

Before joining Blue Owl, Janine was a Director at Pollen Street Capital, a private equity and credit manager focused on financial and business services based in London. Prior to that, she was a Senior Marketer at Anavio Capital Partners, a Cross-Asset Event Driven Fund. Janine began her career as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in Emerging Market Fixed Income and thereafter as an Associate on the European Equity sales team.

Janine received her BSc in Accounting & Finance, from London School of Economics. She has also completed Level I of the CFA programme.

Marc Pillemer is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In his role, Marc focuses on sourcing and underwriting minority equity investments and financing transactions and strategic initiatives across the GP Strategic Capital platform.

Before joining Blue Owl, Marc was a Managing Director at Blackstone where he had a senior role on the Investment Team of Blackstone's GP Stakes platform based in New York. In this role, his responsibilities included sourcing, negotiating, and executing transactions and managing relationships with partner GPs. Marc also led the GP Strategic Support Team, which provides strategic benefits to partner GPs. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group within the Investment Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co., advising alternative asset managers on M&A and capital raising transactions, and on strategic initiatives. Marc began his career serving in various roles in the Securities Division and the Investment Management Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Marc received his BCom in Actuarial Studies and Finance from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.

Megan Pirooz is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Legal Team. In her role, she focuses on supporting Blue Owl's Digital Infrastructure strategy.

Before joining Blue Owl, Megan was Associate General Counsel at IPI Partners, predecessor to Blue Owl's Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to that, she was an associate with Winston & Strawn LLP providing legal advice to private equity sponsors, public companies and lenders.

Megan received her JD, cum laude, from the Michigan State University College of Law. She also holds an LLM in Law and Entrepreneurship from Duke Law School and a BA in Political Science, with honors, from the University of Michigan.

Greg Porteous is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role as Head of Defined Contribution Retirement Solutions, he leads the firm’s efforts to expand access to private markets and alternative investment solutions within Defined Contribution (DC) retirement plans across the United States.

Prior to joining Blue Owl, Greg spent a decade at State Street Investment Management as Head of DC Intermediary, where he led teams focused on developing strategic DC relationships, delivering thought leadership on industry trends, and fostering consultative partnerships with recordkeepers, platforms, and advisors. Earlier in his career, Greg held leadership roles at BlackRock (legacy iShares), where he served as Head of DC Intermediary Relationships, and at UBS/PaineWebber, where he spent nearly ten years building foundational experience in financial services.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maine and was recognized by 401kWire as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Defined Contribution.

Tracy Poulter Hart is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Human Resources Officer. Before joining Blue Owl, Tracy was CHRO of York Capital Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund, from September 2011 to April 2021. Prior to that, she was an Executive Director in HR at UBS where she was an HR Business Partner covering Equity Sales and Trading, Equity Derivatives, IT, Operations and was Head of HR for Latin America. Tracy started her career in roles at JP Morgan and Prudential.

Tracy received her BA in Business Management from Western CT State University.

Matthew Press is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Legal Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the firm's interval funds and future regulated products from a legal and regulatory perspective.

Before joining Blue Owl, Matt was Counsel at Lord Abbett. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Clifford Chance.

Matt received his JD, cum laude, from Rutgers School of Law-Newark and holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from Lehigh University.

Ros Price is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In her role, she serves as the Head of Private Wealth EMEA and is a member of global Private Wealth leadership team. Ros oversees business development for Blue Owl’s Private Wealth business across the UK, Europe and Middle East. She is responsible for fundraising, expanding strategic partnerships, and identifying innovative solutions for high-net-worth clients and their advisors across the EMEA region.

Before joining Blue Owl, Ros spent five years at Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions where she was responsible for the European Private Wealth business. In this role, Ros led the build out of the EMEA wealth team and oversaw the development and growth of the firm’s relationships with financial intermediaries across the region. Prior to this, Ros was an Executive Vice President at PIMCO. She held various positions in the Global Wealth Management team as a wholesale manager as well as Head of Sub-Advisory before moving to the Institutional Account Management team to lead the Consultant Relations Group in the UK.

Ros is a non-executive director of Titanbay Ltd. and an Investment Committee member of the Girls' Day School Trust. Ros holds a BA in North American Studies from McGill University and an International MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
