Jared Sheiker is a Principal at Blue Owl and the Chief of Staff, Real Assets. In his role as Chief of Staff for Blue Owl Real Assets where he serves as a member of the Investment Committee, he focuses on sourcing and structuring transactions, supporting investor relations, and other real assets and corporate initiatives.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jared was an Investment Banking Analyst at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a Stifel Company.
Jared received his BBA in Finance and Accounting from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

Brett Sheppard is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Internal Audit & Controls Team. In his role, he is responsible for oversight of the BDC and Real Assets platforms’ SOX programs, and assists in the development and execution of the overall audit strategy for the firm, including risk-based and regulatory driven projects.
Before joining Blue Owl, Brett was a Senior Manager at Scotiabank, a Canadian multinational banking and financial services company located in New York. Prior to that, he was an Investing & Lending Controller at Goldman Sachs, covering Real Estate and Private Equity. Brett began his career as an auditor at the Office of Legislative Audits in Baltimore, MD.
Brett received an MBA and BBA in Accounting from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University Maryland and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Jing Shi is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Insurance Solutions Investment Team. In her role, she focuses on providing investment solutions to Blue Owl’s insurance clients.
Before joining the firm, Jing was a Vice President in the Portfolio Management team at Kuvare Asset Management, predecessor to Blue Owl Insurance Solutions, where she was responsible for managing Kuvare’s general account portfolios. Prior to that, she worked in asset management roles at Pension Insurance Corporation, Legal & General and Fidelity & Guaranty Life in both the UK and the US. Jing started her career at Lehman Brothers in London where she was a member of the ALM advisory group.
Jing received her BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, first class honours, from Imperial College London and is a CFA® Charterholder.
Blake Shorthouse is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In his role he is responsible for Family Capital, globally.
Before joining Blue Owl, Blake spent 10 years at KKR where he founded and led the Family Capital practice in EMEA. Prior to KKR Blake held senior roles in Zurich and London at Credit Suisse and UBS. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in London.
Blake received his BA in History & Politics from the University of Exeter (UK). He serves as a Trustee of the National Portrait Gallery, London.

Charlotte Shropshire is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In her role, she is responsible for building internal and external relationships as a Portfolio Specialist for the Healthcare Opportunities Team.
Before joining Blue Owl, Charlotte was the Head of Investor Relations for Menlo Ventures. Prior to that, she was a Managing Director at SVB Capital. Charlotte began her career in finance at Goldman Sachs in Institutional Equity Sales.
Charlotte received her BA in Government at Dartmouth College and her MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business.

Oliver Shuffrey is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he focuses on accounting and reporting for alternative credit funds.
Before joining Blue Owl, Oliver was a Controller at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Alternative Credit team. Prior to that, he was an Accounting Manager at Augentius (now IQ-EQ), a boutique fund administrator with clients across the globe. Oliver began his career at KPMG in London with the financial services division of the audit practice.
Oliver received his BA in History, from the University of York and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Madeleine Sinclair is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Private Wealth North America Distribution. Madeleine oversees business development across Blue Owl’s US & Canadian Private Wealth business. As a member of the global leadership team, she is focused on fundraising, expanding strategic relationships, and launching innovative solutions for high-net-worth clients and their advisors.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Madeleine served as Head of iShares Canada for BlackRock and served on the iShares Executive Committee. Over the course of her 19 years at BlackRock, she held numerous leadership roles within the US Wealth Advisory business, including COO, National Sales Manager, and Head of Distribution Strategy. Madeleine has deep experience in building and managing industry leading teams that deliver impactful business results. She was recently recognized by Private Equity International as a Woman of Influence in the Cross-Asset category.
Madeleine is an active member of CHIEF, a network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders. She also serves on the Board of 10,000 Degrees, a program focused on getting students from low-income backgrounds to and through college.
Madeleine holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from DePauw University.

Rob Sine is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Healthcare Opportunities Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on the equity trading, portfolio hedging, and capital markets functions across the funds.
Previously Rob was a Partner and Head Trader at Cowen Healthcare Investments, the predecessor to Blue Owl Healthcare Opportunities. Before that, he was a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets at Cowen and Company. Rob began his career in Equity Sales and Trading at Rodman & Renshaw.
Rob received his BS in Finance from Clemson University.

Jennifer Singer is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In her role, she focuses on supporting the firm’s branding strategy and marketing initiatives.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jennifer was a Business Development Manager at New Mountain Capital and began her career at Sabretooth Capital Management.
Jennifer received her BA in Political Science from Boston University.

Jennifer Singh is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Tax Team. In her role, she focuses on cross platform investor reporting and tax compliance.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jennifer was a Director at Blackstone, focused on tax compliance of the management company. Prior to that, she was a Tax Manager at PwC in the Real Estate Asset Management practice. Jennifer began her career at KPMG in the Real Estate Tax practice.
Jennifer received a BBA in Accounting from CUNY Baruch College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.
